Overall a lovely stay

Good location slightly out of town. Pool was nice, terrace and bbq was great with a lovely view. Some care needed on fixtures and fittings. Never enough hot water for everyone to shower and both showers couldn't be used at the same time. Lots of cockroaches on the terrace at night coming from the wall.

Cute spot with a mold problem

Location and size of the apartment great. Big minus is the major mold damage which reeks like an old basement and feels super wet.

Very nice apartment close to Alcanada Golf

Very well-located apartment in a nice area, literally 2min drive from the golf course in Alcanada which is one of the best we ever played at. The apartment includes towels and bed linen, which is very convenient. Also, the rocky beach is just crossing the main road and walking down, amazing for snorkeling. The communication Mallorca Holiday Properties was perfect, always there to help. Thank you for everything!

Great apartment with private pool!!

We enjoyed so much staying at thisapartment because of the quiet location on the area of Alcanada, but at the same time only a 5-minute drive to Port Alcudia and to the old town. Everything was very clean when we arrived. An apartment with private pool is something you don't see every day, we loved that! Also, there is a rocky beach super close and the waters are crystal clear there. PS: for the ones playing Golf know that there is Alcanada Golf course just some minutes away. Special thanks to the Mallorca Holiday Properties team that made our vacation even better. We will book the place for sure on our next trip to Mallorca. Cheers!

Tolles Apartment!

Gemütliche und sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit PRIVATES POOL in einer schönen Gegend, in der nähe vom Alcudia Stadt und den Hafen. Es beinhaltet Handtücher und Bettwäsche, was sehr wichtig ist. Das Wetter in October was träumlich den ganzen Zeit:) Mallorca Holiday Properties ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der immer für Sie da ist. Danke für alles!
