Beach Villa Carmen for five people with pool

Perfectly located just a few minutes from the impressive sandy beach of Playa De Muro and a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, this villa is the perfect choice for truly Mallorcan holidays close to all services. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in modern, air-conditioned interiors. The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens that provide excellent privacy compared to other properties in a similar location. No car required!



Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and consists of a large, light-filled living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa bed) with an adjacent dining area, a fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 burners, fridge, freezer), a spacious master bedroom en suite with a double bed, bathroom with en suite shower and direct outdoor access, a double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been completely renovated.



In the exterior, the private swimming pool is located on spacious terraces with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. It measures 6 x 4 m, its depth is 1.5 m and access is made through a Roman staircase. Umbrellas and 4 sun loungers are provided for guests to enjoy. There are also comfortable rest and dining areas with shade outside to relax even more during the hottest hours of the day or to enjoy a delicious outdoor meal. A barbecue is provided.



Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM



There is private parking on the premises for all those who wish to travel by car.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Important information to bear in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

This Villa is not as advertised, It is in need of a complete renovation. The main shower is a disgrace and is a breeding ground. The smell from this room is appalling and the water overflowed the drain after about 30 seconds of turning the water on. The main room stinks of the fireplace and smells like an old ashtray. This room is also like a cave its so dark. The shutters on the window, which might have let in some light were not possible to open except with tools to open the catches. The foliage in the garden is very overgrown to the point that we could not park the small car off road as the gate would not open enough. The main bedroom has NO bedside lockers at all. only one useable power point at the bed. The sun loungers are of the type that you can sit facing the sun but cannot lie on on your stomach. There was a sunlounger 'graveyard' at the top of the garden were 4 tattered and broken loungers were left. Also here were 4 old and dirty plastic chairs. This is portrayed on the site with a table and chairs for relaxing. The pool was far too deep and the steps into it were far too big. There are no rails at all to help.

Entspannte Ferien in einem Haus mit Pool

Nettes Haus mit zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Es ist ein Haus in einem Gebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern, welche noch nicht alle benutzt wurden. Am Haus war ein Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Das Haus verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und im Aussenbereich über einen kleinen Raum mit Waschmaschine. Die Agentur bringt ein kleines Starterset mit Pflegemitteln, die ausreichen, wenn man hauptsächlich auswärts Isst. Der Preis war für das Frühjahr angepasst, da man wirklich ein kleines Haus zur Verfügung hatte. Im Sommer finde ich den Preis recht hoch.

4 Day Weekend trip with 2 couples

We traveled from Friday - Monday to mallorca. The location was in an incredible location with walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and most of the happening parts of Alcudia. Driveway where we could park our rental car safely. Very safe and well lit area. We were traveling with one other couple. The space was gorgeous and well maintained. The only downside of the entire stay was the bed in the larger room being uncomfortable as it was a camper bed. All in all - great location and lodging experience of alcudia.

Excellent location, nice villa, needs a little bit of TLC

The villa is really nice, in a brilliant location for the beach, shops and bars. It has air conditioning which was great, a nice sized pool and some great seating areas. It does seem a little tired - the shower head in the en-suite bathroom would not stay up high, the lights in the kitchen did not work, some of the crockery is chipped etc - nothing that detracts too much from the villa, but just some things that could do with fixing. And the bed in the larger room is a camp bed and is not the greatest for sleeping on! That said, we would definitely go back and would overall give 4 out of 5 - the one star being lost for those little maintenance issues (and the bed!)

Campbed was a bit of a shock

Overall the property was good. Air conditioning seemed to work more hours than stated (bonus). However, the main bedroom, whilst a lovely size, seemed almost to have a double campbed to sleep on! Whereas the twin room had two proper single beds.

Viila Carmen

Die Finca liegt unweit von vielen Cafés / Bars und Supermärkten. Der Strand ist auch mit zwei Kindern schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Es ist der Strand an der Platja de Alcudia und nicht an der Platja de Muro. Genug Platz bietet das Haus. Jedoch müsste die Finca mal renoviert werden. Bei einem starken Regen tropfte es durch das Dach im großen Schlafzimmer. Das kleine Schlafzimmer roch unheimlich muffig und konnte daher nicht genutzt werden. Ich bin kein Experte, tippe aber auf Schimmel. Deutlich zu erkennen waren Salzausblühung an den Wänden, die mehrfachs Überstrichen wurden. Dies passiert beim Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in die Wand. Zum Glück mussten wir diesen Raum nicht nutzen. Sonst hätten wir und beschweren und eine andere Finca beziehen müssen. Den größten Teil der Zeit waren wir draußen. Der Außenbereich der Finca ist wirklich schön. Auch der Pool ist schön groß. Aber auch hier gibt es ein kleines Manko. In der Nähe steht ein größeres Hotel. Von den oberen Stockwerken kann man recht gut den Poolbereich der Finca einsehen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, traumhafter Urlaub...

Das Haus, die Lage, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war Komplikationslos. Alles hervorragend. Die Besitzerin sehr, sehr herzlich. Die Ausstattung ist absolut zweckmäßig und nach einem Strandtag der Pool ein Traum. Ein Stern weniger da der Preis für eine "normale Familie mit 3 Kindern" definitiv zu hoch ist. Wir würde jederzeit wiederkommen wenn der Preis angemessen wäre!

Finca mit Potential

Meiner Meinung nach eignet sich dieses Haus durch seine Aufteilung hervorragend für Familien.Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein sowie die Anzahl der zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher.Deweiteren bedürfen die elektrischen Geräte einer Wachtung bzw.Austauschs.(Herd,Toaster).Der Pool wurde vom Besitzer regelmäßig gereinigt und der Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich.Das Haus steht zentral in einerSeitenstrasse von wo aus man Geschäfte,Strand und diverse Restaurants und Bars sehr gut in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreichen kann.

Great location, beach, bars and restaurants very close.

Villa Carmen is ideal for a family holiday. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars. The beach is a pleasant walk directly up the Main Street from the villa. If I was to say anything negative it would only be that no info left at the villa on arrival. Only a small detail but it always helps on first day. An easy fix for property owners I’m sure. Pool was perfect and kids loved it. If you rent a car go to Deia and Soller. Unbelievably beautiful towns, stunning views of the mountains and coast. Overall as a family we had a great week in Alcúdia and will definitely return.
