Beautiful Apartment "Venecia" with Pool, Wi-Fi, Balcony & A/C

  • In Alcúdia, just a few metres from the beach, the holiday home "Venecia" is located on the 1st floor of a house that belongs to a residence with a shared pool. The apartment is ideal for family holidays and consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen with a counter, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 2 people) as well as a modern bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, satellite TV, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area there is a private, covered balcony with an awning, a dining table and chairs, from where you can admire the well-kept garden and the pool. Start your day with a delicious breakfast or round off warm summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. In the shared garden you will also find a 42 m² pool, outdoor showers and a children's pool for the younger guests. Thanks to the ideal location of the accommodation there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity and the nearest beach, Playa Alcúdia, is 250 m away. This dreamlike beach with crystal-clear, turquoise water awaits your visit and promises guests relaxing holidays. The accommodation is also 3.9 km from S'Albufera de Mallorca, a natural park, and less than 3 km from the famous Alcanada Golf.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

Pros: We loved having breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine. A short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of lovely places to eat in walking distance. Cons: The pool was not usable- this was disappointing for our children

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr gepflegter Pool

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder )haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Ein sehr schönes neu renoviertes Apartment mit gepflegtem Pool. Toll fanden wir das wir vom Balkon den Pool im Blick hatten, so dass die Kinder nach dem Frühstück schonmal baden konnten und wir Erwachsenen noch in Ruhe den Kaffee genießen konnten. Schöne Lage, nah am Strand, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Einziges Manko: hinterm Apartment liegt eine Straße mit mehreren Pubs wo es Abends doch sehr laut zuging. Würden auf jeden Fall ( mit Ohropax ) wieder kommen ;-)

Tres bonne communication avec l'hôte.Bel hébergement, spacieux et climatisé même dans les chambres ce qui est très appréciable. Les 3 chambres sont grandes.Il a 2 douches aussi.Serviettes de toilettes (2/pers), essuie main et tapis de bain, torchons fournis.Le balcon est grand et bien équipé pour manger à l'extérieur avec une table et 6 chaises sans être serré. Il a vu sur la piscine mais aussi sur un bar de plein air avec jeux pour enfants.Emplacement central pour un sejour avex famille : supérettes, restaurants, boutiques souvenirs, ...Plage a moins de 10 min à pied, la piscine aussi est un plus.L'emplacement nous a permis d'accéder facilement et rapidement a de nombreux endroits de la côte nord.La place de parking n'est pas réservée a l'appartement donc en fonction du remplissage mais toujours des places dans les petites rues a proximité meme en plein été donc pas gênant du tout.Un peu bruyant par moment (musique des restaurants surtout a l'arrière de l'appartement) mais fenêtres tres bien isolées donc pas gênant pour dormir. Équipement cuisine un peu sommaire mais suffisant pour des repas rapides.Je recommande cet appartement pourles séjour en famille

The location was fine. Close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Pros: Sunny terrace. Apartment was fresh and renovated quite recently it appears. Shower room was lovely. Thare was a washing machine, although we didn't need it. Cons: The floors were not cleaned before our arrival and the mop they had left for us was filthy. When we spoke to the host, she arranged for a new mop right away. Glasses in the cupboard were not clean. One still and signs of lipstick. Cleaning sponge and kitchen cloths were left from previous tenants. Who knows what germs they held. Chopping board smelled really bad. So definitely not a good clean before we arrived. Toilet seat cover did not sit on the seat properly because the screw was either missing or faulty. We reported that, but nothing was done about it.

Pros: The location was ideal and the host was very helpful. Cons: Beware the mozzies but a local supermarket spray kept everything outside. So no bites or scary bugs.
