Great place to stay

This villa is stunning in every way, from the views to the location it caters for all your needs. Alcudia port and old town not far and a great place to visit. Would recommend trying the bus service, being able to tap on and off with your debit card is so easy.

Phenomenal Alcudia Retreat

Breathtaking panoramic views of the Alcudia Bay from every terrace of the property. House is updated with open concept with ample bathrooms, extremely clean and secure. Great restaurants, world class golf within a km of the house. Once you get here you won't want ot leave!

Spectacular location

The property was in a peaceful location just outside Alcuida with the most amazing views out across the bay. The villa was well equipped and the numerous outside eating areas allowed you to eat either in the sun or the shade throughout the day. There were restaurants and a small Spa within a short walk. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone

Great house and property

We had a fantastic week at the property, the facilities are nice, but there are missing the last touch on maintenance. 4.5 stars from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A brilliant villa in a superb location. We stayed for a week as a family group ranging from 8-80 and there was something for everyone.The lovely view formed the backdrop to almost every meal and the dining areas were plenty big enough and just enough kit and equipment for large scale cooking.As ever on these stays the pool is central and this one is good. Once you know it’s lined, not tiled then the difference in feel of the floor makes sense (slightly springy in areas); our children spent hours in it.Local area great as well. We went out to Alcúdia, local restaurants and beach clubs in the bay and took a boat trip. All easy to do and great fun in their own way. Market days are crowded but the supermarkets are great and depending which one you go to lots of fresh produce and local specialties.

Family trip for my 60th Birthday

My family stayed in the Villa after my sons wedding in Palma June 2025. We had a fantastic time at the villa and local area. The villa was spacious and clean. The views were amazing and we all enjoyed snpending our days around the pool especially my 7 year old grandson.We also loved spending our evenings on the balcony chatting and playing games. The villa is so well equiped and communication with the host was excellent which made our stay carefree as nothing was a bother. We enjoyed our trip so much none of us wanted to leave and since coming home have raved about it to all our friends. I would highly recommend this villa and would love to return one day. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your beautiful home

A very happy family stay

I booked this lovely villa to spend with family to celebrate my 80th. The location and views were exceptional and spent so much time enjoying the lovely pool. We enjoyed Alcúdia old town very much

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen und ruhig gelegenen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckend war die traumhafte Aussicht von dem großen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnraum und den dazugehörigen Terrassen auf die Bucht von Alcúdia. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war mehrfach die Sicherung überlastet, wenn mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig eingeschaltet waren und es kam zum Stromausfall. Auch die Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken und die dazugehörigen Bäder sind schön eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das Wasser angenehm warm. Leider wurde die auf den Fotos abgebildete Sitzgruppe am Pool gegen eine kleinere ausgetauscht und der Bereich mit vielen Liegen zugestellt. Besonders schön fand ich die Bepflanzung auf dem Grundstück unter anderem mit Palmen, weiß blühendem Oleander, Rosmarin, Salbei und wunderschön blühenden Bougainvilleas am Hauseingang. Wir hatten hier einen erholsamen Urlaub, denken immer noch an die grandiose Aussicht und den wunderschönen Mondaufgang am Abend.

Incredible view!!!

Great location! We were a group 10 cyclists and we did very nice rides around. The pool was so great at the end of the day!!!! Lots of space for the 10 of us! Everything was perfect! We would all come back!!!:)))

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum, die Lage ist Klasse, die Raumaufteilung ist super, Küchenausstattung ist perfekt und auch die schnelle Lösung von Problemen war super. Einziges Manko: die Heizung ! Es war Nachts sehr kalt im Haus und man sagte uns, die Lösung sei, dass alle Heizkörper laufen müssten, und es dann zu warm wäre, also die Heizkörper ließen sich nicht individuell regeln... Und auch die Betten haben lediglich die Maße 160x190 cm, da wurde es für große Menschen wie und meine Frau, sowie andere Familienmitglieder schon mal unbequem.

Schöner Urlaub mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage am Rande von Alcanada gelegen. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Einzig die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden, da sie mittlerweile doch sehr durchgelegen sind. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Check In und Check Out liefen völlig problemlos ab.

A wonderful week in an outstanding villa

We loved our stay in this outstanding Villa. Everything about it was impressive: structure, layout, furnishings, balconies (3!!!), swimming pool. The property was spacious and the nine people in our party had plenty of room to spread out, relax and socialise. The view over Alcudia Bay from the property was magnificent and we spent most nights mesmerised by the beauty of it all. We would very strongly recommend this property to anyone thinking of spending time in this beautiful part of the island. The owners are to be congratulated on making this Villa available to holiday-makers.

Wonderful location and villa

Simply breathtaking views from a fully equipped villa. Add to that an ideal location next to the sea for snorkelling, a local spa and restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Not sure you could ask for more! We all had a fantastic week.

Urlaub in Alcudia

Haus- Bewertung: Sterne: - Der Ausblick war traumhaft schön mit großzügigem Außenbereich mit Pool, der dem Angebot aus dem Internet in jeder Hinsicht entsprach. 5 - Die Hausübergabe fand verspätet statt, da die Vormieter wohl ein Chaos hinterlassen hatten (lt. Raumpflegerinnen). 4 - Die offizielle Hausübergabe fand erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt durch Fr. Römer statt. (wollte dann am Montag, dann am Mittwoch, dann am Donnerstag kommen; fand ohne pers. Kontakt statt). 3 - Die Ausstattung hatte demnach einige Mängel, die in naher Zukunft behoben werden sollten: 3 1. Es war keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden (wurde in Eigenregie gekauft; Wert wurde erstattet) 2. Der Gefrierschrank war total vereist und wurde durch uns abgetaut. 3. Der Geschirrspüler brachte schmutziges Geschirr hervor und musste von uns gereinigt und repariert werden (Spülarm total verschmutzt). 4. Bei drei Bädern ist eine Renovierung dringend erforderlich. Ein Bad hat kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Das 5. Bad ist ein Gäste-WC. 5. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sollten dringend instandgesetzt oder erneuert werden (sind sehr unbequem). 6. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn ein Staubsauger vorhanden ist und ein 2. Satz Handtücher bei 9 Übernachtungen bereitgestellt würde. 7. Fernseher war vorhanden, aber nur auf spanisch nutzbar. Ein zentrales Hausbuch mit allen Beschreibungen für die gesamte Hausnutzung sollte angeschafft werden. - Der obere Bereich des Hauses ist sehr gut aufgeteilt mit wunderbarer Aussicht sowohl bei den Mahlzeiten, als auch beim geselligen Beisammensein. 5 - Der Gesamteindruck des Objektes war sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (auch ohne (Gastgeschenk). 5 - Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub hier in Alcudia verbringen und es auch Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen. 5

To the Mallorcan lighthouse

Ola, Gracias Thanks so much owner Lola & property manager Stefania we absolutely loved our stay at Villa in Cap de Pinaerd, Puerto de Alcudia, Mallorca . The view was outstanding, majestic and breathtaking . On arrival the view across to the lighthouse and across the bay was like something out of a James Bond movie very panoramic & :360 view . It was without doubt the most breathtaking view we have ever had from across the world.& even at night you saw twinkly lights from a cruise liner ferry or across to the bay to the right & beautiful sailing ship The pool was wonderful and you had some many dinining options 3 tables indoor and two balconies covered and uncovered. The children took wetsuits & enjoying paddle boarding and we hired a boat with Stellar boats. I would highly recommend Clara & team re boat hire. At the villa there was a fabulous facilities including barbecue, comfy sunbathing covered and uncovered, wondeful kitchen, and our favourite meal was at Miramar Alcudia, we also loved Palma, Palma Cathedral, old town of Alcudia on market day and Puerto Pollensa. We would love to come again and we thank the people of Mallorca for their friendly welcome. We loved the Paella, Rose and Red wine, apricot pastries, delicious bread, wonderful Italian restaurants and I woukd love to learn more Spanish. It was great to see so many cyclists and clear turquoise water with fish! The property had lovely speaker music system I enjoyed, hot showers plenty of hot water heating & air conditioning as nedded. The pool was clean and I am missing the vistas & Miramar sea views. Thanks Lola & team from Hammond family Knutsford Cheshire UK . Gracias.

breathtaking sea view

Breathtaking sea view Enjoyed a week in this beautiful house together with children and grandchildren (3 years and 2 babies). A beautifully decorated house and everything available from herbs to hair dryer. A top swimming pool with separate pool for children. Several terraces to eat or relax. And then the view…. a spectacular view of the sea at any time of the day and evening. Fantastic!! Well located house near Porte de Alcuida and Alcuida. Nice places and beautiful sandy beach within easy reach. Lola and Jaume are easily accessible, very friendly, help where possible and nothing is too much. Thanks for this great week! We would love to come back!!

Perfect spot for a special occasion!

We were a group of 9 celebrating my mother's 60th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. We just couldn't get enough of the magnificent views! The rooms were airy with lots of natural light coming in. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it, I liked the quirky touches. The kitchen was well-equipped and the barbeque was a hit amongst the group. In terms of security, we felt that it was very safe and the location was fantastic; the grocery store was a short walk and the larger store was a short driving distance. Lola was very prompt at replying to our questions and kindly sent us very useful information on the property, the area and directions to the villa. Her recommendation of the nearby La Terraza restaurant was spot on! Birthday girl was very happy - result!
