Two almost identical townhouses are at your disposal, fully equipped to spend unforgettable vacations separately or together. The houses Villa Rosita 12 and Villa Rosita 12A offer the possibility of spending unforgettable vacations for the whole family or friends.



Villa Rosita 12 offers a sunny exterior where you can relax on loungers or in the outdoor chill-out area. Its terraces are also equipped with tables ideal for entertaining meals. And on one of them, we find the perfect barbecue for grill lovers.



Inside the house we find a cozy living-dining room with air conditioning for cold and hot temperatures, Smart TV and fiber optic WIFI in addition to a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a very spacious kitchen. Villa Rosita 12 has three bedrooms with all amenities, which you can climatize thanks to the air conditioning located in the hallway leading to the rooms, for an ideal rest during your vacation in Alcudia just a few meters from the beach.



If what you want is to enjoy the sun, this spectacular house has a rooftop where you can sunbathe while contemplating the sea.

Bekvämt boende för två familjer (3 plus 3)

Vi var två familjer som delade detta parhus en vecka i Alcudia. Huset är bekvämt och stort nog för många vuxna (vi reste med tre tonåringar). Läget är helt fantastiskt i förhållande till stranden och stranden i sig är underbar! Det var ovant med utomhus-badrum, men för oss fungerade det utmärkt. Bra när man kom från stranden, smidigt då man äter utomhus. Vårt enda problem var att komma in med en minivan genom grindarna. Om någon parkerat på gatan mittemot grinden var det i princip omöjligt att köra in/ut på genom grinden (som alltså är rätt smal). Jag tror inte det är något problem med en mindre bil.

Optimale Lage zum Strand, Haus und Service eher unbefriedigend

Hallo, wir haben keine großen Ansprüche, dennoch sind einige Dinge nicht so gelaufen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Die Lage zum Strand ist großartig. Eine halbe Minute und man ist am Meer. Das Haus allerdings ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind extrem durch gesessen. Bei den Sesseln hat man das Gefühl man sitzt auf dem Boden. Auch die Matratzen der Betten sind durch gelegen. Ich habe mich sehr auf mein Bett und ruhigen Schlaf gefreut. Aber das ist vielleicht auch subjektiv. Ich brauche eben eine harte Matratze und keine weiche. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und es war sehr kalt. Man hatte nur ein Laken zum schlafen und es waren keine weiteren Decken im Haus. Auf nachfragen nach Zudecken, sagte man uns, das sie gebracht werden. Auf erneutes nachfragen hieß es, man wüsste nichts davon und es sollten umgehend Decken gebracht werden. Es kamen nie Decken bei uns an. Ein Punkt der sehr störend war... Das Bad roch die ganze Zeit nach Kanalisation. Man konnte nur auf die Toilette gehen. Alles andere musste man quasi im Schlafzimmer machen (kämmen, schminken...). Ich habe teilweise einen Würgereiz bekommen. Ich habe mir das von den Verwaltern auch bestätigen lassen. Das Problem war auch bekannt, denn es standen 3 Dufterfrischer im Bad. Man versprach uns das Problem zulösen, aber auch hier ist niemand gekommen. Aussitzen ist die offensichtlich die Devise. Wenn ich soviel Geld für ein Haus bezahle, möchte ich auch alle Räume nutzen können. Für mich eine klare Abwertung des Objektes. Was uns auch noch negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der Service. Unser Flieger ging um 20 Uhr und die Immobilie war nach uns nicht vermietet. Wir haben darum gebeten, die Immobilie erst um 15 Uhr räumen zu dürfen. Der Reinigungsservice kommt ja sowieso erst ab 17 Uhr. Diese Bitte wurde uns verweigert, was wir sehr schade fanden. Wir wären gerne nochmal baden und dann uns abduschen gegangen. Ich habe schon öfter Immobilien gebucht, bisher sind uns die Vermieter da auch immer entgegen gekommen. Zumal wir am Anreisetag auch erst um 23 Uhr im Haus waren. Nun gut. Das sind sie Punkte, die uns zur Abwertung der vollen Punktzahl bewegt haben. Top Lage, Haus - naja, Bad geht gar nicht und Service einfach nur schade....
