Ein gelungenes Urlaub

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr geeignet für ein entspanntes Urlaub. Die Nähe zur Altstadt Alcudia und zur Küste mit Badebuchten und kleinen Sandstränden aber auch steinigen Küstenabschnitten und den Yachthafen Port Bonaire bieten viel Abwechslung. Mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Das Anwesen wirkt gepflegt und sauber und ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Insektenschutz. Die Terrasse konnten wir nur eingeschränkt nutzen, wegen den zahlreichen Moskitos. Moskitonetze hätten da sicherlich geholfen. Für die Betten, hatten wir eigene Netze mittgenommen.

Muy buen alojamiento

La estadía en la casa de Tolo ha sido genial, ha respondido a todas nuestras dudas y siempre fue muy amable no le tuvimos el placer de conocerlo, pero recomiendo totalmente su casa es amplia cómoda como para 12 personas está muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila pero accesible al centro del Alcudia. lo único a destacar que no se cuenta con aire acondicionado en toda la propiedad únicamente hay un aire en la sala comedor y las demás estancias. Cuenta con un ventilador la parte baja de la casa, que es como un semisótano hay dos habitaciones y una zona amplia de estar el hecho de no poderse ventilar correctamente, así que el calor se acumule y también un poco de olor recomendaría instalar mosquiteras, ya que si abres para ventilar, entran bastantes mosquitos y zancudos. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad. Un saludo. La ventilación y aire acondicionado

Leider gar nicht zu empfehlen!


Die Terrasse konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil für uns der Lärm von Steinsäge, Betonmischer, Baggerfahrten usw. keine 10 Meter von der eigenen Gartenliege entfernt nicht wirklich zur Erholung beitragen. 
Hintergrund dieses Lärms war, dass während unseres Mietzeitraums (14.09.-30.09.2022) auf dem direkt angrenzenden Nachbargrundstück ein neues Haus gebaut wurde.
An jedem Werktag starteten die Bauarbeiten pünktlich um 7:30 Uhr und dauerten jeweils bis in den späten Nachmittag. Das war eine herbe Enttäuschung, denn in der Beschreibung der Villa und ihres Grundstücks war die ruhige Atmosphäre sogar mehrfach hervorgehoben worden .
Für uns war das wirklich belastend, denn das Versprechen auf Ruhe und Entspannung waren der Grund gewesen, warum wir uns für die Miete dieses Hauses entschieden hatten. Noch während unseres Aufenthalts informierten wir die Agentur BeBreeze, über die wir die Villa gemietet hatten per E-Mail. Eine Antwort bekamen wir aber nicht. 
Wieder zu Hause in Deutschland kontaktierten wir BeBreeze erneut. Wir beschrieben detailliert die Baustelle und sendeten auch Fotos davon mit. 
Unser Ziel war es, mit BeBreeze eine gütliche Einigung in Form eines verringerten Mietpreises zu finden, was in solchen Fällen üblich ist.
Leider streitet die Agentur bis zum heutigen Tag ihre Zuständigkeit ab, weil sie ja nur Vermittler sei. Ein direkter Kontakt zum Vermieter wurde uns aber auch nicht vermittelt.

Bonita casa, grande y con vistas al mar

La casa es muy grande, y tiene una terraza preciosa para comer con vistas al mar. La zona de Barbacoa en el jardin está estupenda Esta en una zona de chalets muy tranquila y con mucha vegetación. Un entorno precioso. La playa más cercana a 15 min andando, tienes al lado Alcudia. La cocina nos pareció algo pequeña.

Erneut schöner Urlaub bei Alcudia

Für uns war es der zweite Aufenthalt (mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern, 2 und 3 Jahre) in diesem Haus. Wie beim ersten Mal, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der große Balkon liegt geschützt, dass man auch bei herbstlicheren Temperaturen gut draußen verweilen kann. Uns erfreut, dass ausreichend zusätzliche Hand und Badetücher zu Verfügung stehen - gut wären Geschirrtücher. Dass die Spülmaschiene im unteren Stockwerk steht ist etwas lästig, aber gut zu händeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
