Stunning Villa but could be better.

This villa is beautiful, in a tranquil setting and the pool area is perfect for a family or group holiday. It is within easy reach of Alcudia and the stunning beaches on the north of Majorca

Lovely villa

Had a wonderful holiday with my family at this villa. The location was beautiful and quiet yet close to the beaches and resorts. The pool was excellent and the children loved it. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect location!

An ideal finca for 6 of us - spacious and well equipped - lots of towels for the pool. We lived outside for the entire week - cooked and dined in the open air, great sized BBQ. Perhaps the pool is not suitable for very young children but it was great for us. It was a very quiet location but easy to reach Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcúdia - provisions were not a problem with Lidl and Eroski near by.

Beautiful property, needs some updates

The property is beautiful, the villa itself is very spacious and impressive. The customer service was excellent - would gladly book through Mallorca Villa Selections again. The kitchen is quite dark and there are not enough utensils etc. to make cooking there enjoyable. In general, the house is dark and the place could do with some touching up. In early September, the mosquitoes were unbearable.

Lorezo September 2019

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Leider gab es viele Mängel, die für uns nicht tragisch waren aber dennoch ärgerlich, da die meisten Sachen einfach behoben hätten können. Das untere Gästebad war leider außer Betrieb. Der Agentur war das vorher bekannt, uns leider nicht. Der Whirpool war auch nicht in Gang zu bekommen, wir wissen bis heute leider nicht ob defekt oder wie er anzubekommen gewesen wäre, trotz vieler Nachfragen vor Ort. Die Klimaanlagen gingen auch nicht, dass lag allerdings an einem Programmierungsfehler, der am letzten Tag behoben wurde - ärgerlich. Die Lampe über dem Grill war auch nicht funktionstüchtig, aber wir hatten eine Stirnlampe zum Grillen dabei, Glück gehabt. Es waren viele Kleinigkeiten defekt bzw aus Mangel an Wissen nicht bedienbar, die uns nicht sonderlich gestört haben, allerdings hat uns die Kommunikation vor Ort etwas gestört. Wir haben unzählige Mails und Telefonate vor Ort geführt um diese Kleinigkeiten in Gang zu bekommen, es wurde auch immer sehr nett darauf geantwortet, aber leider ist bis auf eine neue Kaffeemaschine nichts passiert. Da die Agentur nur 10 min vom Haus entfernt ist, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass doch mal jemand vorbeikommt. Check in und check out war sehr anstrengend. Erst hieß es wir können 06:30 schon den Schlüssel bekommen, da niemand vorher im Objekt war, am Anreisetag hieß es dann doch erst 10:30 Uhr, dass konnten wir jedoch nicht wahrnehmen, da wir zu dieser Zeit auf einem Ausflug waren. Also haben wir den Schlüssel dann nachmittags aus einerBox genommen. Check out leider ähnliches hin und her. 12 Uhr war vereinbart, auf Nachfrage ob 13:30 uhr möglich sei, hieß es dann 11:00 Uhr. Wir waren 11 Uhr fertig und warteten bis 11:40 Uhr ein Anruf kam, es ginge doch ein Aufenthalt bis 16:00 Uhr. Da die Autos gepackt waren und wir etwas verärgert, beschlossen wir den restlichen Tag lieber noch etwas umherzufahren, als alles wieder auszuladen. Ob der Strompreis angemessen war ist fraglich. Wir waren jeden Tag von früh bis abends unterwegs und haben keine Klimaanlage laufen lassen und haben für 5 Nächte 65€ bezahlt. Fazit: Das Objekt ist sehr schön, 10 min von Polenca und Alcudia entfernt. 40 min Fußweg bis in Alcudia Altstadt. Ausstattung ist auch völlig in Ordnung gewesen. Dir Grillhütte hat uns besonders gefallen. Wenn die Kommunikation besser gewesen wäre, waere der Urlaub etwas entspannter gewesen. Dennoch würde ich das Haus wieder buchen, falls ich nichts anderes schönes entdecke.

Landestypische Finca nahe des Naturschutzgebietes - Achtung Mücken

Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind wunderbar und gerade die Sofas laden ein dort abends noch lange zu sitzen. Ideal ist auch die Grillecke und der zusätzliche Kühlschrank dort. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Kontakt zu Mallorcavillaselection war super. Sogar bei Nachfragen per Whatsapp nach 21:00 Uhr kam direkt eine Antwort und auch eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb eines Tages ersetzt. Das 'blaue' Bad verfügt leider über keinerlei Ablagefläche (da wäre wenigstens ein kleines Wandregal schön gewesen) und roch auch nicht sehr sauber. Da es kein Fenster hatte, musste man die Tür zum Zimmer offen lassen. Zudem wäre ein Mückennetz in den anderen Fenstern gut gewesen, da man auch die anderen Bäder nicht lüften konnte.

Tolle Villa mit viel Platz und schönem Pool

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Viel Platz, gute Ausstattung. Besonders Pool und Grillhütte sind wirklich toll. Leider hat das Wetter bei uns nicht mitgespielt, um beides mehr zu nutzen. Kleinere Nachteile: das Wlan hat in den ersten Tagen nicht funktioniert und ist kurz vor unserer Abreise repariert worden. Und das keine Gäste WC im EG hatte kaum Wasser sowohl beim Handwaschbecken als auch bei der Toilette. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder. Wlan und kleines Gäste-WC im EG.

Schöner Pool und großes Haus

An sich ein schönes Haus mit tollem Garten, Terasse und Pool. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt aber gute Ausstattung (Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine).
