Diese Unterkunft liegt inmitten der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alcudia. Viele Touristen erkunden tagsüber die Gassen, essen abends auf den Plätzen und dennoch ist es ab ca. 23 Uhr idyllisch ruhig. Der Essplatz im Innhof und der kleine aber feine Pool erlauben Stunden in absoluter Privatheit. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor den Altstadtmauern in ausreichender Zahl.

Großzügige, gepflegte Unterkunft mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alcudia.Tagsüber Trubel aber ab ca. 23 Uhr tatsächlich völlige Ruhe. Im Haus ist es schön kühl, alle 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und sind über Fensterläden abzudunkeln. An den Esstischen im Küchenbereich und im Innenhof finden auch größere Gruppen Platz, Koch- und Essgeschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool ist nicht groß aber 1,60m tief, sauber und für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch absolut ausreichend. Der Besitzer Paco hat uns bei Ankunft sehr freundlich mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt, die betreuende Agentur hat uns vorab schon mit allen wichtigen Anreisedaten versorgt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, uns fehlte es an nichts Wichtige Info für Ältere und Familien mit kleinen Kindern: alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich treppauf und auch im Erdgeschoss gibt es einige wenige Treppenstufen!

Perfect location, perfect way to enjoy the Mallorcan life.

Highly recommend this clean well maintained property. Beach or town you have it all here. Enjoy either a nice leisurely stroll to beach (approx 35 mins at very easy pace ) or jump on local bus just one stop. Enjoy the old town as you exit your front door. Many restaurants and shops just steps away. Old town is a must if you want to experience some history of Mallorca. We were 2 couples. We all say amazing. Only one very small hiccup is the small pool. But enough to cool off in the evening. Beautiful beaches so close so no issue for us.
