Great hotel, great staff. The entertainment team were great too. The views from the hotel front are incredible. Our room was nice and clean. The all inclusive was very good, and premium drinks included. Only one negative, probably too many mosquitos but this cant be controlled. Maybe because it is next to a nature reserve.

Great place to stay, right in between Pollenca and Alcudia so lots to do around and lots to do in the resort. Would definitely stay again but one thing that stood out was, despite breakfast closing at 10:30am, when we arrived at around 10, food on the buffet was already being put away and tables cleared right next to us. If breakfast is supposed to shut at 10:30 I should not be limited to what I can eat or where I can sit until that time, doing so massively reduces the experience. Other than that great place, terrace rooms are wonderful.
