  • Ca'n Moranta is a beautiful country house, lined with stone and Mallorcan style, located in a very quiet area surrounded by forest and a beautiful orange orchard.
    The house, on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a large well-equipped kitchen, living room, large covered terrace with a large table to enjoy a good meal on the barbecue or enjoy of a quiet game of table tennis, cool off in the pool surrounded by a pleasant and well-kept garden and stroll around in the middle of nature.
    It is located near the towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, with beautiful coves to enjoy the sea. Wide variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife a few km.
    You can also enjoy the house in winter season, taking advantage of the proximity of the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The house has a wood stove for a warm atmosphere.

Die Finca war sehr sauber und richtig schön im Grünen gelegen. Bei Ankunft hatten wir schon Wasser, Brot, frisches Obst von den umliegenden Bäumen und Eier der Hühner gegenüber. Alles war super und vor allem die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen, draußen und am Pool waren herrlich.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Can Moranta. It is a beautiful property in a very peaceful area and we feel like we have properly relaxed. The house had everything we needed and it was close enough to Pollenca and Alcudia if we needed to pick anything up.

We had a great time there! Due to the big covered terrasse it was a very good place to be with the baby. Margarita and Joana were amazing hosts and very helpful. We especially enjoyed picking oranges and making fresh orange juice out of them. Everything was clean and there were good kitchen supplies to cook with. We hope to be back one day :)

The host was wonderful and really helped us out when we came early in the middle of the night because the ferry company cancelled a ferry and put us on an earlier one. Very easy to communicate with the host. Wonderful house with a lovely atmosphere. The “neighbor” with the sheep’s was also so kind.

The property was perfect for a small group getaway. Its secluded location felt made us feel like we could fully relax but the distance to various towns was not far. Bedrooms with AC were great, kitchen did the job for cooking and the outdoor area (pool, dining table, bbq, table tennis) were all well equipped.

Wir hatten fünf wundervolle Tage in der Finca! Es fehlte an nichts, die Ausstattung war komplett und alles wie beschrieben. Insbesondere der Kontakt mit Margarita und Joana war herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal ganz herzlich für alles bedanken!Die Finca ist mitten im Grünen gelegen, außer der Natur hört man wirklich nichts. Dennoch ist man innerhalb einer Viertelstunde mit dem Wagen in einem der nahegelegenen Orte, um alles erledigen zu können. Auch der Strand ist nicht einmal 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir können die Finca wärmstens weiterempfehlen, entspannter lässt es sich kaum erholen - alles perfekt!

Rustikale kleine Finka, ruhig gelegen

Finka schön gelegen zwischen Alcudia und Pollenca. Sehr schön und gepflegt mit grosszügigem Pool. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterinnen sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder für nächstes Jahr.

Incredible villa

The photos do not show how amazing this villa is. The location is so peaceful and the pool is huge. We spent a wonderful 10 days here and spent more time around the villa and pool than we normally do, enjoying the location. The owner is so welcoming and helpful.
