What a place!

As is true of the overwhelming majority of my experiences in Mallorca, this place was outstanding! It is situated right on the edge of the water, well kept, well decorated and well stocked with all the essentials. Our host was kind and accommodating. Easy to give the place and host great reviews!

Lovely, quiet stay in nice location

We loved our stay at 28. The views are simply spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms face the sea. The patio is really like another room. We hung out there the whole trip. Our kids loved kayaking around the little bay. We used the washer in the garage, and hung clothes out up on the balcony. The AC worked well. The kitchen has a lot of supplies and everything you need to cook. The only thing is I couldn’t find was more toilet paper. It’s ok there wasn’t more, but I just didn’t know I’d need to buy any. My suggestion to the owners would be to leave a little sheet of instructions- how to run things like dishwasher, where to take the trash, what we may need to buy, etc. It was our first time to Mallorca, and we knew immediately Palma was too busy for us after a busy time in Madrid. Old town Alcúdia and surrounding felt completely safe and calm. We went to a couple different beaches and had an amazing excursion out of Port Alcudia with Alejandra’s Lläuts. I think we covered the north well in four days. Red Rum is the shoreline bar/restaurant nearby and is worth a lunch or afternoon sangria. Otherwise Old Town (walk) and the port (drive) offer a lot.

A lovely villa which is located right on the coast. Villa had everything we needed except a kettle (nearly a must for us heavy tea drinkers), but we just used the cooker instead. Owner was helpful, and available if we needed him. There were only 2 of us in the 6 bed villa, but it appeared spacious enough for 6.

A late spring cycling trip

Marti’s house exceeded our expectations . It is in a very quiet residential area right on the rocky beach with wonderful views. There was plenty of inside and outside space for 6 adults, and a garage to store our bikes. Alcudia old town is an easy walk away. We communicated with Marti via WhatsApp, he always replied very quickly and could not have been more helpful. We hope to return one day.

Quiet location. Nice bay to walk around. Bar-Restaurant only 5 minute walk. Town centre 5 minute drive in the car. Property very clean and comfortable. Marti communicated with us all the way and very kindly accommodated our very late arrival time. As a surprise he delivered a tray of fresh local cakes. Very nice. Thank You. So, we had a good holiday. Recommended.

Hard to leave!

Warning, you won't want to leave. What a beautiful home in the most beautiful setting! It was truly hard to say goodbye. The view is astounding. We so enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and enjoying the lounge chairs in the evening. The apartment was beautifully decorated and of good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and treated us to delicious pastries one day. Yum! The location was very good. You could walk to a local bar for a drink or dinner and it was close to Old Town. I think our stay here was the most relaxing part of our visit to Spain. I highly recommend this place.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber

Wir hatten nicht so richtig gutes Wetter erwischt und waren so noch mehr über den tollen Blick erfreut. Helles gepflegtes Haus, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick und Wellenrauschen, viele Möglichkeiten bei gutem Wetter draußen zu sitzen und zu liegen. Zum Glück auch eine funktionierende Zentralheizung. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich freundlich und haben uns noch zusätzlich mit lokalen Leckereien überrascht. Vielen Dank noch einmal auch auf diesem Weg.

Amazing view!

My husband, parents, and I stayed in the house for about 2.5 weeks at the beginning of December. The view from the house is amazing. The living room looks right out to the bay as well as the back patio and upper deck. The main living space is spacious and can accommodate a fair number of people if need be. Martí, the owner, was very responsive to any problems or concerns. We had a bit of a issue with the hot water/heat which was partly miscommunication and part system malfunction. However, Martí always responded promptly and was over to the house to fix the issues. He also graciously let us check in early. The house is about a 10-15 min walk into Alcudia. We thought we would go there more but we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the view.

Traumhaus mit netten Besitzern

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Herbst da: TRAUMHAFT! Nicht nur die Lage des Hauses - 5m vom Wasser - auch die Ausstattung und Dekoration mit tollen Bildern (die Inhaberin ist Künstlerin) ist toll. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, alles funktionierte tadellos und die Besitzer sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Traumhafte Ferien direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus am Meer. Der Blick ist einmalig und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten am Haus laden morgends, mittags und abends zum Verweilen ein. Der Vermieter war sehr kommunikativ und freundlich. Wir hatten eine unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sind mit lokalen Süssspeisen verwöhnt worden und haben ein voll ausgestattetes Haus bezogen. In der Garage haben wir viele Strandspielsachen für die Kinder gefunden. Dabei ist leider etwas kaputt gegangen, was uns der Vermieter grosszügig nachgesehen hat. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem fantatischen Haus. Muchas Gracias
