Large, cosy, comfortable villa "Can Delfin Alcudia", renovated. Outside the resort, 1.2 km from the centre of Alcúdia, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 900 m from the edge of the forest, 2.9 km from the sea, 3.8 km from the beach, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Private: property 2'800 m2 (fenced), large, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house on the premises.
