The Villa was superb, the layout, the furnishing, the outdoor area including the spectacular pool was amazing and we fully enjoyed it with the kids. It had everything we needed. The location is very close to Alcudia downtown and the beach which makes it very convenient. The villa also has fig trees that you can eat fresh figs from in the right season. The iron and hair dryer was not functioning properly but was immediately replaced by the host who was super quick to act.On first day of being there even though the property was clean already, the cleaning ladies showed up unannounced which i think this can be better organized. The 2nd bathroom has a slight smell that does not go away, but should be an easy fix for the future. Overall the property is highly recommended if you are looking to relax, enjoy some pool, and have a great time with your family/friends.

Tolle Finca , tolles Naturgrundstück

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl auf der Villa Vertent. Mit dem Auto kommt man in kurzer Zeit zu allen tollen Stränden. Selbst Port de Pollença war eine Ziel wert. Die Finca hat sehr schöne hohe Decken und eine gute Aufteilung. Der Pool war echt ein Traum. Tolles sauberes Wasser ohne Reinigung. Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht. Emails wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem, da sie zu hart waren. Defekte Teile, wie Gefrierfach wären schön, wenn sie erneuert werden. War für uns aber unwichtig. Die Küche ist sehr alt, aber eine sehr hochwertige, sodass es uns nicht gestört hat.

Ein ruhiges Haus von Natur umgeben und mit Sicht auf die Berge

Der Außenbereich war sehr schön, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und gepflegt. Der Pool hat für eine Abkühlung gesorgt mit Temperaturen von ca. 24 Grad. Der Innenbereich war in Ordnung. Durch die sehr hohe Decken war es nicht so gemütlich und sehr hellhörig. Die Betten waren sehr hart, aber da es genug Decken gab, könnten wir diese als Bettauflage nutzen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurden diese schnell von Personal behoben. Der Pool wurde in den 10 Tagen 2x saubergemacht sowie der Innenbereich nach 5 Tagen. Das entspannte zusammen sitzen auf der Terrasse in den Abendstunden wurde leider durch Mücken stark gestört. Daher ist ein Mückenschutz zu empfehlen. Check in hat gut geklappt. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Die Dunstabzugshaube und die Tür vom Eisfach waren defekt, eine Reparatur ist erforderlich.

• Gleich zu Beginn stellte sich heraus, dass uns ein falscher Code für die Schlüsselbox übermittelt worden war (konnte mit Hinweis auf die „neue Saison“ von der Notfallhotline geklärt werden) • Die nächste Entdeckung waren zwei (!) nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschinen und ein ebenfalls defekter Haartrockner (beides wurde durch den Eigentümer nach zwei Tagen ersetzt) • von einer „Zwischenreinigung“ nach einer Woche konnte kaum gesprochen werden - zwei Kräfte haben Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, kurz einen Besen gezeigt und waren wieder verschwunden… • der abgebrochene des Eisfachs im Kühlschrank dürfte bereits länger existieren und auch bekannt sein - repariert bzw. ersetzt wurde er nicht • das Billigmodell eines TV-Geräts von LG hat Lautsprecher, die das Verstehen von Dialogen (auch Monologen) fast unmöglich macht • Auflagen für die Poolliegen waren nicht vorhanden (auf Nachfrage wurde darauf verwiesen, diese seien auf Fotos vom Haus auch nicht zu sehen gewesen…) • aus dem Abfluss der Kabine im Duschbad verbreitet sich ein infernalischer Gestank wie aus einer Sickergrube, der nur für kurze Zeit nach dem Duschen abnimmt, dann aber schnell zurückkehrt und sich bei jeder Türöffnung im ganzen Haus verbreitet • Das schwerwiegendste Problem während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts allerdings war die unsägliche Kälte im Haus! Es ist keine Heizung vorhanden und die Klimaanlage, die auch auf „Heizen“ eingestellt werden kann, ist zeitlich begrenzt und erreicht im WZ einen Bereich von höchstens 2 qm in einem fünf Meter hohen Raum, im Schlafzimmer war die Heizfunktion förmlich ohne Effekt, so dass eine Eiseskälte herrschte! Daher die Warnung: dieses Haus sollte nicht in Monaten gemietet werden, in denen die Außentemperaturen tagsüber unter zwanzig Grad absinken könnten • Insgesamt erscheint das Haus auf den Fotos recht neu und modern, tatsächlich handelt es sich eher um ein in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt mit zahlreichen Mängeln

Villa moderna

La villa es moderna y bien decorada. La cama es muy cómoda y la cocina está bien equipada. Los cajones de la cocina y el lavamanos del cuarto de baño (muy moderno pero poco práctico. Lo que resulta decepcionante es la entrada y jardín delantero que está muy dejado y que muchas puertas no cierran bien. Falta luz sobre la mesa del comedor. Con tanto interruptor podrían poner letreros de para que sirven.

Entspannte Zeit in der Villa

Riesiges schönes Grundstück und absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe, keine direkten Nachbarn, Blick auf die Berge. Wir hatten insgesamt eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit. Die Villa war sauber und der Garten im Terassen- und Poolbereich gepflegt. Vorgarten im Bereich der Einfahrt sehr ungepflegt und verwahrlost. Einfach verlassen… es wird sich gar nicht drum gekümmert. Bei der Ankunft unschöner Anblick, hat uns aber später doch nicht so gestört. Pool müsste öfter sauber gemacht werden. Wasser war zwar sauber allerdings immer wieder Algenbefall….auf Anfrage ist aber immer sofort reagiert worden und Pool gereinigt worden.

Very high ceiling with big sliding doors. Surprisingly no mosquitoes were around. The house is modern and very relaxed surroundings. The pool should be cleaned properly as there is a pool bug living and the floor of the pool is full of moss which makes the stairs slippery to enter.

Moderne Finca im grünen Hinterland von Pollenca

Die Lage etwas abseits von dem Touristentrubel in Alcudia und Pollenca hat uns super gefallen. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer größeren Straße, es war aber nicht besonders laut. Der Garten war traumhaft schön, ebenso der Pool. Der Grill war auch super. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Haus als solches wirkte sehr "clean" und das Wohnzimmer nicht wirklich gemütlich. Der Kamin funktioniert nicht und dient nur der Dekoration. Billiger Esstisch mit Klappstühlen und Plastikdecke im Wohnzimmer wirkt billig und ungemütlich. Wir hatten nach den Bildern gedacht, dass sich die Wohnräume auf zwei Etagen befinden, das ist aber nicht der Fall. Dadurch haben 2 Zimmer riesig hohe Decken. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt dadurch wie eine große Halle. Trotz kühler Abende haben wir uns daher lieber nach draußen gesetzt. Im Sommer, wenn man ohnehin immer draußen ist, dürfte das aber nicht so stören.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit viel Ruhe.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Haus gleicht den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist gut, allerdings auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Besonders die Bäder sind nicht mehr ganz frisch. Was man wissen muss: das zweite Schlafzimmer (mit Einzelbetten) hat keine Zimmerdecke und ist somit von Wohnzimmer, Flur und Küche nicht wirklich getrennt. Wir konnten uns abends nur draußen aufhalten, damit unser Sohn nicht aufwacht. Auch die in der Anzeige beschriebene Tischtennisplatte haben wir nicht gefunden. Wenn man die Dinge weiß und akzeptiert kann man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Positiv ist die regelmäßige Reinigung und Gartenpflege.
