Villa Can Paroya is a large and traditional Mallorcan villa, full of character and surrounded by impressive gardens with a private pool. Perfect for outdoor living and dining, this property also offers beautifully furnished interiors with capacity for up to 8 people in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. An additional advantage of this already impressive villa is its excellent location between Alcudia and Pollensa, with easy access to perfect sandy beaches.
The entrance to the villa is located in an impressive hallway that leads to the large living/dining room with beamed ceilings and arches leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The doors opening to the living/dining room and kitchen lead to a covered terrace that surrounds the villa. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower (with doors leading to a terrace), a guest toilet, and a laundry room. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the remaining 3 bedrooms (and 2 bathrooms) are located. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a large roof terrace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with twin beds that share a bathroom.
Villa Can Paroya is the perfect property for outdoor living. There are spacious gardens with lawn, trees and shrubs, as well as many opportunities for outdoor dining. There is a combination of open and covered terraces with rest areas, including the large barbecue house near the pool. The large private pool has plenty of space for loungers in the adjacent patio.

Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
