Our experience

the accommodation was pleasant, the communication with the staff was perfect when needed. Unfortunately, the garden is a bit neglected. The location of the accommodation is ideal, 10-15 minutes by car to the sandy beach and the city.

Spacious villa near Pollenca

Enjoyable 10 days at Can Soler with the family. A spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet location, but with the shops and restaurants in Pollenca & Alcudia and nice beaches all within easy reach by car. Lovely pool and covered patio/BBQ area, with the added bonus of an upstairs terrace which provides a welcome breeze during the heat of the day. A couple of minor issues (leaking aircon unit and dishwasher) were promptly resolved. Great holiday.

We all loved the villa, kitchen was well equipped and clean.The pool and outside area was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace as well.Location was great, very peaceful but within a short drive of Alcudia and polenca.

Lovely but for the ants...

A beautiful location, but with beautiful flora and fauna come insects. We had a constant battle with the ants. The owner might wish to buy a couple of large plastic boxes that can be sealed. We found we had to stuff all the food into the fridge even the cereals. The slightest crumb resulted in 1000's of ants. There were 2 lovely wild kittens, we kind of adopted them I hope the next visitors feed them to. It took us a few days to get used to the layout of the house. The washing machine is in a room on the roof. At night there is a lovely scented flower on the roof and the views are amazing. The pool was perfect our kids now have so much confidence in the pool. Finally if you want to eat out you are only 15 minutes from two excellent centers and fantastic child friendly beeches.

Rustikale Finca mit anspruchsvollem Garten, ruhig gelegen

Eine ruhig gelegene Finca, mit einem tollem Garten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt gut genossen. Ein kleines Manko: Mücken gab es einige. Da sollte man nicht empfindlich sein. Der Pool ist angenehm und unter den Bäumen fällt angenehmer Schatten. Die Poolreinigung fand nach Anfrage per Email statt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal. Die Gartenanlage hat viele verschieden Pflanzen, die automatisch bewässert werden. Die Pflege des Gartens könnte umfangreicher sein. Ich kann die Finca weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus war sehr schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Fahrzeug nötig, da etwas abgelegen. Aber man ist sehr schnell in Pollenca oder Alcudia. .

The privacy lovely garden children loved the pool the terrace was attractive and comfortable good wi-fi for children good communication with the agent good lighting inside and out good well-stocked kitchen/larder...
