Fantastic location, beautiful property and excellent experience

This is an amazing villa and I really recommend it to all. We stayed for one week in Juny with two families- 4 adults and 4 children-. It is well equipped and we had plenty of space. The location is just outside Alcúdia. The views across the bay are spectacular!. If you stay here you will have an amazing time!

A lovely Villa clean, quiet and relaxing

All family of 10 have enjoyed a fabulous time in his beautiful villa. It's an amazing place and there is nothing to want for. We've enjoyed our holiday there tremendously and wod highly recommend it - fantastic views, space, peace, tranquility, wonderful outdoor facilities and a very comfortable home with everything you could possibly need.

Perfect vacation!

Very nice villa, superb location! Lots of info available in the villa. The pool and garden are great. Stunning views and a stylish Vila. We hired a car and explored the island which I’d recommend. Everyone throughout the process from booking to departure was really helpful. The Vila was immaculate and in a really tranquil location overlooking the sea. We hope to return!

Unbelievable holidays

The house was amazing. It was everything and better then we expected. The home was in a great location, great pool and outdoor area. The kitchen full equipped and the bedrooms so comfortable. Fantactics views that you can enjoy while you are at the pool. Next to the ocean, with great restaurants within walking distance. I will stay there again.

Great Holiday!!!

Thank you very much for letting us stay (8 guest) at your wonderful Villa. It was the greatest experience we've had over the end of the summer. Lenka and Joan has been helpful althrough out the booking and stay. The villa was better than expected and would recommend it to anyone. I'd advised to rent a small car since the villa sits on a hillside, even so the view makes up for it. The villa have 4 bedrooms. This villa was perfect for us. Thank you once again!

Great week away with friends

We had a great week away as 2 families at Villa Heura (4 Adults/5 kids aged 7 to 15). The house was perfectly set up as we could stay in our family groups or spend time all together. The pool was fab & sun loungers comfy. The Villa is located c 15 min walk from shops/restaurants so would definitely arrange a car. Beds were comfy & Netflix could be switched to English audio. Only criticism was that there were limited kitchen utensils across the 2 kitchens so spent quite a bit of time foraging in drawers! 1 of key things like kitchen scissors in each kitchen would have been helpful. Thank you for sharing this lovely house with us.

Wonderful villa

We were 10 friends staying at the villa for a week. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures although they do not do the beautiful view justice! The terrace and seating was perfect for evening dinner and drinks over looking the sea. The rooms were spacious, with towels and small amentities provided. The pool was clean and the area and cabana were used daily. Walking into old town is down hill and takes around 20 minutes but there are also a few restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a great week!

Wonderful stay in Alcudia

My family and I are party of 10 the house was a perfect size to accommodate us. It was very clean and will fitted with everything you needed for a great holiday ,not to mention the house is beautiful much better in person.The house is located at the top of a hill which allows you amazing views of the bay and mountains. It’s is about a 18 mins walk down to the beach but a scooter or car is better. The location has all the trappings of a vacation spot. Bars , restaurants, boat rentals , hiking trails , cliffs jumping and your also not far from Pollença and Cap Defomentor which are great for day trips. I will definitely be back. Thank you Joan and Lenka for a wonderful stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato a **Villa Heura** e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Una cosa che ci è piaciuta molto è che la casa aveva **due cucine**, il che ci ha permesso di organizzarci comodamente secondo i nostri ritmi. La zona è molto tranquilla e la vista su Pollença è stupenda, il che ha reso il soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto confortevole e consigliabile.

Traumhaft Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war einfach Traumhaft. Die Finca ist sehr groß und wunderschön gelegen. Das einzige, was nicht ganz so schön war, aber woran man nicht ändern kann ist, das in der Region um Alcúdia sehr viel gebaut wird. Dadurch werden teilweise die Aussichten verbaut. Alles ok!

Absolutely wonderful villa

Spectacular sunrises and perfect house accommodations! Three generations of our family fit very comfortably in this spacious and very well equipped villa. Enough privacy for everyone to spread out as well as a good wifi connectionThe pool was used every day seeing the temperature was abnormally high during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone

Awesome Villa

Fantastic views of the bay. A kitchen on each floor is perfect for a big family. The bedrooms are clean and with air cond. the matress comfortable and the terrace awesome. the pool big and clean and the pool area has enought space for the kids. A meravellous place to spend family holiday.

A must read review CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!

OK I dont know where to start with this one so we arrived and was given entry early which was great and helpful at first the impressions were to an ok standard being an older villa . Feeling tierd and just wanting a cold beer and relax by the pool it then dawned on us the NOISE !!!!!! Diggers dumpers drills cutting saws you name it the Villa next door was a new build it was shocking started every day at 8am and finished around 6 or 7 in the eve. Woke the following morning of our holiday at 7.45 with the dumper starting up and the tile cutter going ……….. when going down stairs we noticed there was no power reported this and told just a trip switch so done the norm as we would at home and put it up !!!!! 10 mins later tripped again this time it wouldn't go up baring in mind this must of happened in the night with a fridge full of fresh food so we reported to Joan the Manager who would send an electrician we got tired of waiting and went out for the day . Day 3 woke to the same problem but this time also with no internet same process Joan the manager said they would send electrician and was told to put the trip switch up I'm a like minded guy and know my way around a house and understand wires electrics ect but when the fuse box is pumping out a giant spark from the trip I didn't fancy pushing it any further this went on all week up until the day we left leaving downstairs with no electric id say 75 percent of the holiday losing food ect through it being left un refrigerated. Joan did get us a temporary Wi-Fi arfter 2 days When retuning home you would have to wait for the builders cars machines to get out of the way . One night we got back home with the shopping and couldn't get in the electric gate as the electrics were down again and had to leave car at the top of hill and carry all shopping down steps which is ok but when your on holiday!!!!!!!! One good thing on this property is the swimming pool very nice clean and has a very good filtration system we have a pool at home so in the know . I would say tread with caution there are buildings going up everywhere a huge crane in the sky that's there to shift materials to all other new builds would of been a once upon of time very tranquil unspoiled location its very out the way nothing in walking distance the bars and food that are the closest are very limited to choice !!!! The Holiday was never sold with big building works going on going on next door nor were we informed so its a miss sold and un factual advertised holiday . Caution if you have kids the electric gate has no sensor and is so risky to young children being crushed especially being a sliding gate not an open swinging style . Also have to pay for any electric used when leaving the villa that's if you have any !!!!!!!! No Uk Tv W Grego (Norfolk Uk

Wonderful for family

Stunning villa, exactly as shown in the pictures. It had lots of hidden extras which made the stay even more comfortable. The villa is around 2km into the port of alcudia with the main night life around 2,5. The villa is in quiet area but easy enough to reach civilization. i would highly recommend and would stay again.

Just Perfect!!

By far one of our favorite villas we have ever stayed in in Mallorca. We absolutely loved it. The villa is well located in a quiet area and within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and didn´t have any problems getting a parking space right outside the house. The villa itself is fantastic - spacious, bright, clean, modern, stylish and very well equipped. The bedrooms are neat with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and there is a good BBQ outside so we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the patio. The bathrooms are clean with good showers. There is a big living room with a big couch and a TV which was nice on the few rainy days we got. The outside area is fantastic. It´s perfect for dining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying a cozy evening. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the kids, it´s clean and well maintained. There is also a large grassed area where they could run around and play. Joan was very friendly and nice host. He really made us feel welcome when we arrived. He greeted us with a welcome package and gave us information about the town and the island. He was very responsive and did absolutely everything to meet our needs, i.e. provided two baby cribs, high chairs etc. and even let us check in early. They were also considerate to let us know beforehand when they would come to clean the pool. We felt comfortable in the villa and had a very enjoyable stay thanks to Joan and all the team of Mallorca Holiday Properties. Muchas gracias por todo :)
