Beautiful villa in Bonaire with heated swimming pool and spectacular views over the bay of Pollensa. The villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Bonaire in the municipality of Alcudia, in the quiet north of the island of Mallorca.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a completely private 9 x 4.20 m swimming pool, which can be optionally heated in the cooler months on request. Outside there is also a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining furniture, ideal for al fresco meals with family and friends for an unforgettable holiday.
The entire villa is air-conditioned and is divided into two parts, upstairs and downstairs, with two living rooms and two separate kitchens, making it the perfect holiday home for two familiesa larger group of people looking for more private moments while spending a nice holiday together.
This villa offers accommodation for 10 people. The villa is built on a plot of 1090 m2, the constructed area is 236 sqm.
On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped independent kitchen with dining area, a bright and comfortable living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden and a complete independent bathroom. On the ground floor there are two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
On the first floor there is a lovely open plan kitchen to the living-dining room with direct access to the large terrace with amazing sea and mountain views and space for delicious alfresco meals. There is also a separate family bathroom and three bedrooms: two of them with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms also has an additional en-suite bathroom.
Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.
Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Remark 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities
Remark 7. Pool heating is an optional service which costs 60 € per day.
