You have access to the cloakroom on this floor with other rooms locked for owners’ use when they’re in town.
SECOND FLOOR
Light streams into this amazing room with sliding doors to the balcony at the front, a picture window to the side, and views from the kitchen overlooking the rooftops to the estuary. The space has been cleverly designed to give a comfortable living space with an electric fire for cosy evenings after a bracing walk; a well-equipped kitchen with bar stools at the sociable central island, and a dining table which can also double up as a desk if you need to work from home.
TOP FLOOR SUITE
Wake to the sunrise and sounds of the sea in this luxurious bedroom where you can soak up the seascape from the big balcony at the front, or catch a mesmerising sunset from the Juliet balcony at the back. The super king size bed takes pride of place between bedside tables; there’s a wardrobe, drawers and shelves so you can unpack and settle in; plus, a couple of chairs in a reading nook and casual table, which invite you to relax.

A quaint port hole gives natural light into this stylish bathroom with a hand-shower over the compact bath, a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail (towels are provided).
OUTSIDE
The Belvedere is in arguably the best position in town as you’re just across the road from The Brudenell for coffee on the terrace or fine dining; at the southern end of the high street so you can stroll into town and home again after shopping or a night out; or enjoy long walks along the beach to Thorpeness or across the marshes admiring all the sea birds and even an occasional seal.
There’s a car port under the accommodation, where you can park and plug in your EV charger.
