“Absolutely incredible location with a modern, new ‘cabin’…ice cold A/C!Thayer Lake access on property allowed for kayaking in easy water. There’s a Torch Lake beach about 3 minutes away for swimming etc. We enjoyed The Muffin Tin in Alden! The owners were great to communicate with and work with. The in-unit ductless washer/dryer was a huge plus for me. The water is a little hard so plan accordingly if not used to it. I personally slept on the queen. It’s a little too plush for my preference, I……

“Really nice stay hot tub needs to be leveled but everything else was perfect”

“A very fun house for a large group! Kids to adults enjoyed the pool table and the ski themed decor. It’s set in a beautiful location and it was very clean, which is hard to accomplish in a large older house in a wooded setting.”

“Overall, nice cabin but it is on a somewhat busy corner. Nice log cabin with plenty of space and a nice fire pit. ”

“Great space, great location.”

“Cabin was super clean and very well decorated. Landscaping was well maintained and looked beautiful by the lake. Host let us check in early since we were in the area which was very kind of them! Quiet area, a little noise from the main road but nothing crazy or too noticeable. Hot tub was great, perfect temperature and clean. Plenty of blankets and towels for guests. Would absolutely stay here again, short drive to traverse city which is what we came for. Host was also very quick with response……

We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.”

“In the past, we have stayed in a few other rentals where the listing was not as accurate as reality. This was not the case here...we were not disappointed with this property! The layout of the home offered opportunities for everyone. The game room was excellent for socializing and the amenities in the back yard offered an opportunities for relaxation and leisure. Above all, the hosts were outstanding. They immediately made us feel at home and welcomed. Their communication was excellent, as it was……
