Wonderful stay!

The house was big and beautiful, enough seating in the living room and dining to seat 8 adults. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. Kitchen was well stocked and roomy. The view of Clam Lake was absolutely spectacular!

Ski Weekend

Beautiful, open layout that allows everyone to be together. Gorgeous views across the lake. Quick drive to the slopes at Schuss and the beers at Shorts!

The house was lovely and had plenty of space for four couples and one small child. We also rented the boat which was beautiful. The owner was completely responsive to our questions. We would stay again!

Beautiful House with a Beautiful View

This was the perfect house for our girl’s weekend. Far enough from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet, yet close enough for shopping and wineries.This house surpassed our expectations and the pictures on the listing do not do it justice. The house was very clean and well organized and the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to renting again next year!

Gorgeous home and incredible views down the entire lake. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Close to Bellaire and TC for lots of options for fun!

Even Better Than Expected

Everything about this property is perfect. The house is immaculate and well appointed. The property is beautiful and the owner is highly responsive. It’s in a perfect location on Clam Lake, and between Torch Lake and Grass River - which are both gorgeous. We had a great time both on the water, on the property, and in the surrounding charming towns.

Clam lake house

The place was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. My only issue is the people sleeping upstairs could not feel any air conditioning.

Lots of options. Great location

A group of 8 girl friends situated in early fall 2024. The house has a great layout, tons of space and everyone has an adult bed to sleep in. The neighborhood is quiet but they didn’t mind us having fun. Property is beautiful. We were in walking distance to restaurant and a short drive to cute Alden. Overall it was a great place and a memorable time.

Week at the lake

This home was as photographed. Perfect for multiple families to enjoy the lake. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. The property manager was very responsive. Would recommend to any families or small groups looking for an easy place to stay at while enjoying quick access to torch.

Great property! We rented for a ski weekend so we didn't get to enjoy everything it had to offer but the house was perfect for the two families that we stayed there with. Only about 15 minutes from Schuss and 10 minutes from downtown Bellaire. The place was well stocked, clean, and just like the listing.

Winter Weekend

This house was well located between the winter activities in the area and the restaurants. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our families. The house manager was very easy to get a hold of and work with and the check out procedures were easily accomplished. We had a great time and can not wait to go back to Nothern Michigan.

The house felt spacious & comfortable for our group of 4 couples. Perfect location adjacent to Torch Lake and between downtown Bellaire & Alden. Nicely furnished, lake view was beautiful. Very nice pontoon boat as well. Host was responsive & provided thorough information for the house & boat. Could’ve used additional towels & paper products. Would definitely consider returning.
