In the heart of Alessano’s historic center, amid quiet alleyways and secret courtyards, a 16th-century residence awaits you—restored with love and respect for the spirit of the place.

The house is ideally located for exploring the wonders of Salento: Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, Castro, Leuca, Marina di Novaglie, and the golden beaches of Pescoluse are all within easy reach.

As you ascend to the first floor of a historic courtyard house, you’ll discover an intimate and well-kept world: star-vaulted ceilings, family heirlooms restored with passion, and a romantic wrought-iron canopy bed that has belonged to our family for over two centuries.

On the loft overlooking the living room stands the French-style bed; the space is perfect for reading, meditating, or resting.

The compact kitchen is tucked away in an elegant cabinet, while the Mediterranean-style bathroom offers comfort and character.

You’ll enjoy a private terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center—perfect for relaxing at sunset or under the stars— and a charming inner courtyard, ideal for reading or enjoying breakfast sheltered from the hot summer sun.

Every element—from the old chest for musical instruments to the handcrafted lamps—has been carefully chosen to create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Even an antique stone basin, discovered during renovations, has been highlighted to tell the story of the past.

The evocative festival of San Trifone, the town’s patron saint, brings the streets to life with processions, music, fireworks, and moments of deep popular devotion.
