Great place to stay in Alesund area for a fair price. Staff was very kind and helpful with all requests. You can borrow basketball or discs to play outside with your family or friends.

Comfy and easy
I was really pleasantly surprised. I thought this was a hotel, but it is actually a dorm room facility. It was clean and in good shape, it wasn't a hot day so keeping the fully opening window open was enough to cool the room down. Based on the age of the people running the hotel, I think this is like a summer job for teens to run the place. They did a good job here. Room has blackout curtains and a comfy bed, what else does anyone honestly need?
I'd come here again. I liked the price and the value for money. There was no noise, no hollering or any unnecessary noise. I came for a night as part of my motorcycle journey through Norway and these are exactly the kind of places I look for. Simple, cheap, clean, easy.

great place for the money in this area
Was a very nice place for a good price, since all other hotels in the area are very expensive, you have all the basic, they have fresbee golf for free, and free coffee in the reception.

If you’re looking to save money, and you have a car, this is the place for you. Nice breakfast. No restaurants or attractions are near; you are an easy 20-minute drive to beautiful Alesund. The room is stark… but clean and roomy. We got a nice night’s sleep on a comfortable bed.

Vi har bodd her før, og trives veldig godt! Betjeningen er så smilende og imøtekommende, og alt er rent og fint. God frokost. Kjøkken dersom du ønsker å lage egen mat. Mange fritidsaktiviteter å velge mellom, bla bordtennis, biljard og airhockey. Vi kommer tilbake!

God natts søvn
På gjennomreise frå Sotra til Nordmøre, kom vi til Borg søndag kveld, nydelig ver og fint rundt skulen. Fekk to fine rom, eitt til oss foreldre og eitt til våre to voksne sønner. Etter ei god natts søvn, fekk vi ein god frokost før vi køyrde vidare. Masse ulike turister frå forskjellige land overnatta også, men det var stille og rolig i bygget og god plass ved frokosten.

Enkelt boende. Trevlig personal. Inget badrum, toaletten delades med duschen, handfat i "hallen".
Tyst och lugnt trots öppet fönster. Sängarna var bekväma.

Ålesund og Borg sommerhotell var utmerket.
God seng og god frokost. Mulighet for å vaske litt klær. Steke seg en grandis. Gode uteområder og fin badestranden Emblemssanden som ligger 6 min unna med bil. Den fineste stranden i Ålesund finner du på Gjerdesanden.
