「The unit was looking tired. Sliding door fell off its track, blinds were hard to close, old tracking, yellowing ceiling fans and some concrete cancer in the bathroom. Very little kitchen utensils, no platters or large bowls to be found. Also my wife stood on a large shard of glass that caused quite a bit of bleeding. We couldn’t go on it planned walk. Management were concerned but not much more than that. Offered 5% off our next stay but we would have got that anyway as return customers. 」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」

「Clean, nice and modern, friendly helpful staff amazing faculties pool is great they put on some really fun events and they have shuttles too and from the beach and to the clubs nearby. Rooms are super spacious Had so much fun staying!!!」

「Lovely rooms, great location, ferry stop in front of hotel, lots of coffee shops and good choice of restaurants along the river walk. Pool was nice and warm. Kitchen was fully equipped. Mike and Jen were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Had a wonderful time. We will stay again! 」
