This location is about a 20 minute walk to the sea coast. The walk offers a lot to take in within old Alexandria. The location itself is safe, the front desk is excellent, and is welcoming. I would recommend this location for an adventure seeking travelers.

Hidden fees alert⚠️🚨 Khalid from reception and his colleague wearing glasses were not friendly or trained to handle tourists and online booking based customers. Asked for unannounced extra 20 dollars that I rejected to pay as my reservation is current and fully paid online. They refused to let me in 11.30 pm to the suite I paid for fully with Expedia! Called Expedia customer care and they called the front desk as I am standing in front of them their .anagemwnt on site lied that Expedia never stated to drop the fees despite me showi g him the email that he got a copy of it! You deserve a better place..don't do it.

Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Empfangsbereich und Restaurant waren sehr schön. Zimmer groß genug und klimatisiert. Bett bequem. Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich genug. Floor-Teppichboden ist sehr veraltet.

From my point of view, this property has everything in average, on the other hand the area around it is dirty. If like to chose this on for any reason is, I recommend to stay just for two or maximum three days only.

Disgusting room, false advertisement (we paid for something saying breakfast was included but were told to pay extra for it when we got there), the wifi is not working at all, hair everywhere from the bed sheets to the bathroom floors, and unhelpful staff.
