「This location was great and everything we needed for a long term stay. Alexandria doesn't have many options but this one we felt safe and comfortable. The host provided great communication upon check-in and we only reached out to extend our stay a few times and they were very accommodating to the changes. Stayed from June to end of August. 「The cabin was very clean and offered good privacy from neighbors, it was a great safe space for us to relax and unwind. The metal roof on rainy afternoons added to the experience. Grocery and gas and a delicious coffee/latte shop is within a 3 minute drive. Only thing we added was a mattress topper to one of the old spring mattresses. In the evening and night the frogs were singing their orchestra, and you wake up with birds singing. If you like this, then this is your place. If you don't like bugs, then this might be challenging.
