good ambience

The place is safe. We stayed most of our time together with my family in our room. We have lots of fun in the pool along with my nephews, niece and sis-in-law. You can view the scenery and the beauty of the place when you are in the balcony. The food is good. The next morning, we visited Sonya's garden few klms from the hotel and bought various herbal plants for pasalubong. Maybe one day, we will be back here to enjoy more and visit other places.

The rooms were big. The cold water in shower was not working. No phone in room to talk to front desk. Staff was helpful.

We booked for two nights and they were putting us in a ran down annex bldg where the wall papers are so old it looks like it was used for a horror movie. Good thing they changed our room when we asked them to.

You only get what you pay for

Granted that the rooms that we got were cheap, but we didn't expect that the rooms would have wall paper peeling off the wall, bathrooms that were not maintained (broken tiles), water that runs out every 9am and resumed around 10:30, cockroaches under the wood pannels, broken room phones, broken TV, misleading add saying it serves breakfast buffet but it isnt, very poor wifi service. To say the least, our family was dissatisfied and would not recommend stayong at this hotel.

Sunrise Holiday Mansion Hotel was Dirty old & stuffy. Smells of molds. Had to keep the terrace door open. We checked in at 6pm and yet the room was not ready and took some time. They probably gave us a 'not to be used' run down room ... Not to be recommended to friends

Hotel is fine

The room was good,however the smell is not that appealing cause it smells like an old room.The breakfast is fine ,however u need to change your menu I guess because everyday u have same menu.

it was nice but we haven't sleep because in our room we hear something scratches the door or something and we thought that our view is the beautiful taal volcano.

Got a not so good experience. We checked in at 2:30am in the morning,same date as the check out date because we came from a friends birthday so we stayed long there. breakfast served at 6-9am only when we woke up almost 10am,still less than hrs prior to closing of breakfast.I called the receptionist from the room fone to check and simply ask a favor we still avail our breafsst..the receptionist doesnt know how to handle properly and began to refuse firmly without being gentle and fo think its a ltni mMjz yyy

Very hard to find hotel, no sign on any main road. Called hotel they gave us wrong way !!! Bad, Very bad lock on door, looked like someone had broke into many times.Bed bad. We were on 4th floor, and Elevtor was not working. Dont GO
