「Clean room, friendly staff, amenities were nice」

「Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We will be returning」

「We checked in late at night and found that both windows were open. All rooms are on the first floor. We tried closing and locking the windows but were unable to. I called the front desk and informed them that windows were open and don’t lock. The response was that the windows were open to “air out” the room, that nothing could be down about the windows at that time and that we were in a very safe area.
