The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the outside dining area. Outside there is a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers, and a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms.



The golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca are only 5 minutes away by car from the finca, and the well-known Playa de Palma or S'Arenal, ideal for leisure time, are only 20 minutes away. A perfect choice to spend your holidays in Majorca, we are waiting for you!

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2 per person per night of stay. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.



All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
