We enjoyed it!

We had a really nice time and would like to come back. It was clean, quite with a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool and the garden, and tasted some delicious lemons. We felt like at home, with a big touch of Mallorca spirit.

Wonderful place

- Be sure to use the GPS-coordinates to find the property the first time - it's off a small road and easy to miss otherwise. Although the house is quite close to a freeway, the traffic there is light and you barely notice it (also because the property is surrounded by trees) - so no need to worry. +An amazing stay at Ses Forques - the house and terrain are top notch, the swimming pool fantastic for younger kids, and privacy all around. We will definitely return, also because the owners are absolutely lovely and took care of all our needs. Highly, highly recommended.

Wir fanden eine sehr sauberes, tolles und grosszügiges Ferienhaus vor. Die naheliegende Schnellstrasse hört man kaum. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Finca - Ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel

Top Finca und super Eigentümer, der sich sehr gewissenhaft um alles kümmert. Danke, Toni! Die Lage war für uns super, da wir schnell alles auf der Insel erreichen konnten (mit dem Mietwagen) und trotzdem aber auch für uns waren, wenn wir mal Ruhe brauchten. Im Garten und am Pool ist es schön windstill, was vor allem bei noch nicht so hohen Außentemperaturen wie im April vorteilhaft ist. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt dort. Einzige kleine Störfaktoren sind die nahe Straße, die man im Garten immer latent im Hintergrund hört und ein vor allem in der Nacht bellender Hund eines Nachbarn, den wir aber nicht lokalisieren konnten. War für uns aber beides nicht weiter dramatisch.

Super Urlaub, tolles Haus!

Eine tolle Finca mit einer guten Lage in der Inselmitte und super Poolanlage. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit top! Wenn man die gesamte Insel mit einem Mietwagen bereisen möchte, ist die Lage perfekt! Ganz netter, kinderfreundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Gern wieder….

Villa Ses Forques

Proprietari amabilissimi, villa rustica ma carina e pulita, con molti ambienti da poter sfruttare a proprio piacimento. Privacy assicurata. La consiglio vivamente a coppie con max due bambini non oltre i 6-7 anni. Se potete, evitate l'agenzia Villafinca: assistenza zero, gentilezza sottozero, organizzazione inqualificabile: il nostro aereo è arrivato alle 15:00 e loro avevano concordato il check-in col proprietario (inconsapevole e innocente) alle 18:00, pur avendomi inviato e-mail di conferma check-in alle 16:00. Tenendo conto del ritiro bagagli e della mezz'ora di strada, siamo arrivati alle 16:30, pronti per entrare. Essendo in ritardo rispetto all'ora convenuta (16:00), ci siamo premurati di avvertire telefonando sia a Villafinca che al numero d'emergenza: nessuna risposta. Dopo una quarantina di tentativi in auto sotto il sole a 32 °C con due bambini piccoli, finalmente Villafinca risponde e contatta il proprietario, che si precipita ad accoglierci alle 17:15. Ribadisco: proprietari fantastici, agenzia penosa. PS Le spiagge di Palma non sono nulla di speciale, la cucina sì.

Wir waren zu zweit, aber für Familien sicherlich auch ideal geeignet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die netten Vermieter, die regelmäßig vorbei geschaut haben, um den Pool zu reinigen und uns leckere, regionale Köstlichkeiten da zulassen. Wir können die Finca mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Ruime tuin met zwembad

We hebben met ons gezin 2 weken in dit fijne huis van onze vakantie genoten. Het huis ligt mooi centraal op Mallorca van waar we met de auto dagelijks uitstapjes naar Palma (25km), strand (15km) of andere plaatsen maakten. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad werd praktisch om de dag schoongemaakt. Een klein minpuntje was wellicht de ligging dichtbij de toch drukke snelweg. Afhankelijk van de windrichting (zeker niet altijd) kon je deze goed horen. Wij zijn dat thuis niet gewend, dus dat was even wennen. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief de onmisbare airco bij +35 graden. En de kinderen hebben genoten van de ruime tuin met zwembad. Kortom: een prima locatie voor mensen die toch centraal willen zitten, dichtbij alle voorzieningen maar niet continu de drukte zoeken van de toeristische plaatsen.
