“  A perfectly appointed, charming, peaceful, well equipped little cottage (it’s quite cosy for a growing family – you’d better all get on!) with fabulous amenities — even a sharp kitchen knife and a blender — and a kind, respectful and responsive host. The location is good for those wishing to be close to a village yet rural. The village itself makes for a delightful, if hilly!, paseo of an evening through pretty, winding streets and has a few lovely restaurants, but is not very lively in……

“We have just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Charms and loved every minute of it. The house is rustic and has an eclectic mix of furnishings which we found charming. There is so much space with so many areas to sit and relax. Spent the night time playing cards on the veranda and also ate all of our meals there.The annex worked really well for us as it gave our 19 year old son his own space. The pool is private and a really good size. The house is really well equipped with all the kitchen equipment……

“Ha sido una bonita estancia, y el propietario ha dado todas las facilidades para su uso. Tan sólo hemos encontrado una pega "menor", la senda de la costa pasa por el interior de la parcela, por lo que están pasando personas y mascotas permentemente, lo que interrumpe la intimidad que buscas y quieres.”

“Das Haus hat im 1.Stockwerk eine sehr schönes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einer riesigen Terrasse, von der man den Sonnenuntergang und Marokko sehen kann. Großartig. Die 7000 qm sind wunderschön angepflanzt und eingemauert. Daher war es für unsere beiden Hunde ein Paradies und wir waren total entspannt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Badezimmer auch und 2 Badezimmer sind von außen zu begehen. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist überflüssig. Die Vermieterin und der Hausmeister Pascal sehr und……

“An amazing & beautiful area, of course. And inside house LOOKED good, but clock broken, shower only 3 minutes (no way to wash hair), toilet seat broken, unsafe equipmt on woodstove. Checkout time ruined due to conflicting time zones online. Owner & partner very friendly, but unrealistic. My stay there was pretty bad.”

“Erholsamer Aufenthalt in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen und rustikalen Häuschen. Wer die Natur und die Einsamkeit liebt ist dort genau richtig. Auch den Pool haben wir regelmässig genutzt.”

“It’s a very beautiful property with a great location. I would highlight that 2 of the rooms on the top floor and the room on the ground floor doesn’t have Air conditioning which in very hot days makes it difficult to sleep even though it has a fan on the ceiling. Also the facilities on the ground floor, the bathroom is exposed (no doors) - has no privacy which is very odd, if you are spending days with family or friends. Everyone had to use the other bathrooms in the house. The outside garden……

“Sajama es una casa muy amplia que está cerca de la playa, pero está muy dejada y necesita muchas mejoras.Tiene un jardín inmenso que también está muy descuidado. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que estar limpiando la casa, estaba muy sucia, con muchos bichos, arañas, pelos, incluso encontramos unos calcetines sucios en una cama,… Se publicita como una casa familiar rústica, pero deja mucho que desear, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta lo que se cobra por el alquiler. Necesita mobiliario exterior nuevo,……

“This was a simple clean low cost apartment with plenty of room, a kettle, a small cleaning pack and a balcony with a fantastic view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“The property would be better as a hostel and not for family rental. The kitchen is small and the only living room is outside. The showers are tiny!! The host is nice and attentive.”
