It’s fine for a couple days. The Ritz it is definitely not but fine for a short stay and, if you get the terrace/patio, it does have a great view. It can be noisy, though, as it is on the main walkway area and above a bar/cafe. As others noted, you absolutely cannot check in before 3:30pm so you’ll ...

Lovely apartment for a stay in the old town. Would definitely recommend it. It’s not as near the sea as we thought and it does not have a communal area. I think that is just a translation issue. The old town has plenty of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.
