Great hotel, it was quiet when we went (end August) no problem with sun loungers, in fact some days it was empty when we got back from the beach/day out. Breakfast had good choices available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. You’ll need a car if heading away from hotel as it’s approx 20 mins from nearest beach. Misoro restaurant well worth a visit. Padel was free and 2 good courts. Definitely would go back again.

Check in was easy although a handful of staff didn’t speak English very well. It would have been nice if there was a cart service to bring your golf clubs from the reception to the golfing areas as it’s a good 5min walk. There are enough dining areas on the grounds to keep you entertained after a game of golf.

It was nice, quite expensive for what it is but lovely pool area. Would be nice if they opened the bar at the pool. Service is quite slow but it’s a beautiful venue.

This property sells itself as a premium golf resort. It is not. The room has some weird jungle decor and a huge fake plant. The room is the kind of room that you can find at any 3 star hotel. The bed did not even have a blanket or comforter. My wife found a a strange blanket that had metal snaps sewn on it. This blanket did not cover the king size bed and thus we requested another one. The shampoo and body wash used is the kind that comes in these pump bottles that are locked and that you find at cheap hotels. We find them very annoying since you have to pump the body wash bottle 30 times to get enough. Luckily we brought our own. We went to the front desk to request a bucket of ice. The attendant indicated that they may charge us a room service charge for the ice, but she was not sure. Instead of picking up the phone and calling the downstairs bar, we had to go ourselves and requested the ice bucket and carry it with us. The food is horrible. We ate at the clubhouse restaurant and ordered a double burger medium rare. The burger patty (single) was overcooked and was thinner than paper. The breakfast buffet was average. Finally, to add insult to injury we requested a refund since my wife was not feeling well and we wanted to check out early (3 days early). We contacted Expedia and hotel denied refund because it was prepaid non-refundable rate. While we understand that on high-season hotels would loose money but in this case the hotel was empty.

Inaki Javi Flor are wonderful

Well what can I say this trip. Javi, Inaki, Flor are the best you can get at this place. Such wonderful people. So professional and hard working. There were around 70 ex footballers there on a golf week. Really lovely and respectful people. Normally the bar is really really boring, but management aloud a band to play and so karaoke every night. Only for 90 mins or so, but was enough for me to have had a great time. Big iceland wedding 100 people or so, such beautiful people they are. All very respectful, Hotel is very pricey now, probably over priced in my opinion. But I’ve been coming here from the very early days. But as well so so peaceful… Well done to all the staff for making my week. 🙏 Keith
