Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème.”

“This is a very nice, clean suite in an idyllic location, friendly staff when you see them and that’s all the positive I can say. For a “Curio Hilton”, the standards were certainly not up to par. The only other high amenity brand hotel was part of a huge resort and as I was solo traveling, I thought at the least this hotel would be the cozy setting I needed and even opted for the largest suite. I got more cozy than anticipated: the lobby is absolutely TINY, the front desk staff member was not……

“The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and……

“The room was very clean and modern, the hot tub was wonderful, just what we needed after a day exploring Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. I ended up paying for storage near the airport bus stop instead”

“The location is very convenient, close to the train station and city center. The capsule was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the quiet atmosphere on the second floor. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Todo perfecto , lo único que el número de teléfono no funciona y hay un baño con puerta corredera que todo el mundo que cierra te quedas encerrado porque no se puede abrir estuve 10m encerrado para partir la puerta y llamaba al alojamiento y nadie me lo cogia y ningún personal por alli . Lo demás bien”

“Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied……
