If I return Alicante this is not definitely a hotel I will book.
The hotel itself was not bad — clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping service was nice.
However, the parking information provided was incorrect, which caused unnecessary delay and stress upon arrival.
It would be very helpful if the hotel could update the parking details to avoid confusion for future guests.
Si vuelvo a Alicante, definitivamente no reservaré este hotel.
El hotel en sí no estaba mal: limpio, cómodo y el servicio de limpieza era bueno.
Sin embargo, la información del aparcamiento era incorrecta, lo que causó retrasos innecesarios y estrés a la llegada.
Sería muy útil que el hotel actualizara la información del aparcamiento para evitar confusiones a futuros huéspedes.
