Treat yourself to rest and relaxation. My Spanish bungalow offers comfort close to the beach. A beautiful, closed, green housing estate with a spacious swimming pool. Only 400 m away from the main street of Cabo Roig where there are shops, restaurants, bars and all kinds of entertainment. Only long term rent minimum 6 months

The apartment consists of a large room with a separate dining area, a desk for working or studying, an open kitchen and a large sofa that can easily accommodate two people. The apartment has also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a 17 m2 garden with garden furniture allowing you to relax outdoors.
