It was absolutely exceptional in every way. My only critique is thst the elevators are snail and as a result too much time waiting. It would be better if there were stairs if not elevators on both ends of the hotel not just the middle. But that is beyond minor. We can’t wait to come back.

This property is located in a great location. The views are wonderful and easy to get to. The morning breakfast was phenomenal; they even had warm oatmeal, which I only find in great hotels like the Melia. We will be returning and were sad to leave. I booked two rooms for my husband and I, and my two adult kids. They loved it! I based my experience a lot also on theirs as well, and they enjoyed it a lot.

Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Only issue we had was that the Expedia page states they offer free airport transfers. The hotel do not offer this so this should be removed from the page on here.

Beautiful rooms and plentiful alcohol but the food options were limited for vegetarians. We had paid extra for a suite because the photos on the website indicated that these had a large balcony with a sunlounger on which would have been ideal for sunbathing as one of us has limited mobility. Unfortunately, we had two small balconies with chairs. Not an issue for many but not ideal for us.

The hotel has decided that there is no air conditioning as it is still just spring. it was over 25C/77F in the room, south facing. A fan was provided... Still over 23C in the morning. Nice hotel but if you want a good night's sleep, choose somewhere else. Hate to imagine what it would have been like if it had been warm outside...high was only 22C

Very disappointed. Because of renovation taking place on The Level we were given a standard room in another part of the Hotel despite the fact that when we booked the room in August 2023 we were told when we arrived that the work had started before then. In other words we were conned.

Väldigt bra

Riktigt bra vistelse på The Level. Jättefint rum med skön säng och stort badrum. Frukosten var kanonbra, saknade ingenting. Poolen och poolområdet var fint. Trevligt med fri dricka och tappas på eftermiddagen, samt buffén med kakor. Bra läge precis vid stranden och endast fem minuters promenad för att komma in i Gamla stan. Personalen var trevlig. Ska man nämna något negativt så får det bli damen som förmodligen var någon form av chef, som gick runt och minglade med frukostgästerna. Hon var väldigt insmickrande och glad när hon pratade med, (som vi uppfattade det, stammisarna), medan hon inte gav övriga gäster så mycket som en blick eller leende. Hon borde få berättat för sig att allas pengar är lika mycket värda och faktiskt betalar hennes lön, samt att en så liten detalj i en annars 100% positiv vistelse kan väga över till att inte återvända.

Amazing views

Overall very good. A couple of points to consider. The adults only isn’t strictly true. There are children around the main pool and in the restaurant that you have to go to get your half board evening meal. Also in the restaurant the meal is included in your package of half board but the drinks aren’t not even a glass of water. The adults only section is on level one of the hotel where you can drink and eat and have the canapés and snacks. This is a lovely space with amazing views but you aren’t allowed to take drinks to your room and no refreshments around the pool area unless you buy your own. I highly recommend this place but be mindful of the all inclusive label.
