「The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!」

「Great breakfast choice 」

「Hotel rooms is good, cleaniing wise is good but there is no breakfast as they mentioned in there hotel facilities when you good online.. We insist for beakfast and show the manager what they mentioned so they provide every day same poha and tea...and the lift woking morning 12 to night 10 only.. So when u checked out 11 am. You have to use stairs even the hotel is on 4 floor.. Overall i ll give 3 star.. 」

「Room was in good condtions. However, you have to contact front desk to turn on Air Conditioner and Water Heater. Hand Napkin and Tolier Papaer were not in toilet and you have to ask for it.」

「Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.」

「This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. 」

「We really appreciate the room service and also the restaurant service. We celebrate our wedding anniversary here and it was a very good success. Hope to come again to this hotel and thank you to all staff!!!」
