“It is located in an area of town that didn’t feel the safest”

“There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. ”

“Employees were fine. They have a large bar in the lobby with numerous loud crude intoxicated patrons spilling into the entrance and throughout the hotel.”

“The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. ”

“Very good lodge type hotel. Hotel has access to the Chief Logan State park. User should expect a hotel with park like atmosphere. ”

“To start off, my credit card was charged the full amount for the 5 days we stayed. After a couple nights, I noticed another charge from them that shouldn't have happened. Went to go figure it out and it seemed like the main man didn't want to take responsibility for being the person that checked me in and chRgWe gave them time to figure it out during our stay, to which they did, but something fishy is definitely going on. Secondly, the snack and soda machines were not properly running. The room……

“Desk clerk Anessa very rude on phone to us before we arrived and again when we checked in. Like she was looking for ways not to give us what we were requesting. We will not stay there again. ”

“The breakfast was ok. We could hear people using the ice machine in our room during the night. The air conditioning unit was slightly noisey.”

“We had a terrible experience at this property, so much so that we checked out after only a couple hours on site. The room was absolutely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness: stains on all the furniture, dirt and hair in every corner and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The whole propery is run down. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful.”

“The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.”
