“Anyone above 60 might appreciate this property because of the decor more than a younger person. The breakfasts were excellent and fresh. Bed very comfortable. Location is super convenient.”

“Got there Monday to no TV. Read the book and it said to use the washer/dryer at your own risk. Tuesday, the kitchen sink started leaking and I called Trevor and Amanda. I left them a voicemail and never heard back from them. Wednesday, the ceiling started leaking water on the floor. At this point, I was done. I contacted hotels.com and they to tried getting in contact sign the property and couldn’t. I’m currently trying to get my money back. Don’t waste your money here ”

“Lovely little log cabin, on a ridge, with the beauty and sound of the river below. Inside is all wood,very well cared for and clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and sitting on the back porch. Although a lovely setting, the property itself is not very expansive if you're looking for a place to spread out. We were only there overnight and it met all of our needs very well.”

“When we arrived, the front door was locked. A note near the door directed us to call a number - that had no area code. When asked, the manager said "I thought everyone would know the area code." We're travelers, why would we know the area code? Anyway, we were not told what the wi-fi password was. I called the same number as before but never got a callback. I was previously told by the manager that she was having a problem with harassing phone calls from someone and wasn't answering the……

“The House was clean and comfortable as described. The property manager was through and very helpful. Very nice peaceful location. We look forward to going back.”

“PROs: Communication and check in were quick and easy. The finishes on the interior were very nice, and it was an easy drive off the expressway. The heater warmed the house up quickly. CONs: The floors creaked - a lot.The beds were Purple knock-offs, on a metal frame (no box spring). The master bedroom was directly above the 3rd bedroom and adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. Combine all three of those facts, and, if you're a couple hoping for some quiet Adult Time after the kids go to bed, well, it……

“Great location for the event we attended at the North Haverhill Fairgrounds. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfy allowing us a good night’s rest and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. We will definitely be back!”
