“ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.”

“The overall stay at the property was good but the rooms are smaller then expected. Transportation to airport was a surcharge, but other then that it’s was a good experience ”

“It was a good stay. My room rate was quite expensive for the value I received. For over $300 I expected more but overall it was acceptable. The checking in and check out process was quite slow. Others kept jumping the queue and the staff entertained it. That was quite annoying. ”

“First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…”

“First of all, they claimed they couldn’t find my booking until 9pm. Then they said cos Hotels.com has taken it own commission, they can’t give me a deluxe room even though that is what I paid for. They gave me a standard room with weird bathroom. Then they refused to give me WiFi, or Breakfast. ”

“The A/C need to be on while the generator when the generator is turned off after a power cut as the weather is outrageously hot.”

“Booked and paid for my room three months ahead, but when I got to check-in they don't have my reservation. They are looking through a big pile of papers. It was the middle of the night and I was exhausted from the long flight. They demanded that I pay for the reservation again, IN CASH! I refused, so they let me stay one night but come back the next morning to meet with the manager. Spent 2+ hours trapped in an office with no cell reception, they kept demanding I pay in cash. Finally got through……
