"This was the nicest hotel i stayed in on my whole Uzbekistan trip. The rooms are set around a courtyard and the staff were lovely. There was a bit of a mess up with a double booking, but they dealt with it really well. "

"The Arkanchi Hotel is perfectly located inside Ichan Kala, just steps from Khiva’s main sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the rooftop terrace offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Staff are friendly and very helpful, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. Breakfast is good, though a bit simple, but the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay inside the old city."

"We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! "
