I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. ...

Tres déçu

Tres dessus restaurant ferme a 20h alors que mon vol arrivé a 21h10, la réception etait pourtant prevenu, de plus aucun restaurant autour de l'hôtel, on a dormi sans manger. Porte de douche cassé, aucune fenetre ne se verrouille, coffre fort non fixé au mur, télévision ne fonctionne pas , meuble ...
