「Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. I was so looking forward to this trip, but this experience for sure overshadowed my anticipation. Hotels.com eventually relocated us at no extra...

「They never sent us check in information so we could not check in. Upon arrival, the exterior and interior lobby were filthy filled with over 500 cigarettes butts. Trash littered everywhere. I tried to contact them multiple times and never have received any answers. The phone number given was out of order. We will need a full refund. The place is not what was advertised. 」
