“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.”

“This hotel is lovely. It is clean and in a wonderful location as it relates to downtown. It could use slightly more lighting in some of the rooms, (I have stayed numerous times at this point). I also have a hate/ove relationship with the coffee set up (in that order). Not many people see me before my 1st cup of coffee, yet I must venture to the lobby-ish to get coffee. It hurts some mornings. If I had one ask, it would be to make morning coffee room service a thing that did not have to be……
