"Overall, we had a great stay. The staff informed us to park at the parking area behind the hotel but did not provide clear guidance. The signs where our car should be parked was very confusing. It was terrible to roam around with my 3 year son to figure out parking for over two hours. The airport shuttle was very helpful. Some items went missing from our bag which was slightly concerning. A lot needs to be improved at this facility."

"Traveling with my husband, we chose this hotel specifically because it’s within walking distance to Butler Street and family. If you are into the modern industrial and a minimalist this is for you. We had a micro-room. We stayed three nights. The room is very sleek, black, gray, and white; high ceilings and tall, vertical windows. There were no unnecessary dressers or extra furniture around the room. The closet is open air shelves for luggage and rod to hanging clothes. Typical coffee amenities but also bottled water. The room lost points with its sliding barn door that would not stay closed. We had to put a shoe behind the door to keep it closed for privacy in the bathroom. Also, the shower was clogged so it backed up first morning, but was taken care of by the time we showered again that evening. Oddly, just as we’re settling into to bed, the TV that hangs on the wall was unplugged from the TV itself. That was an inconvenience too. It was over 90 degrees in Pittsburgh like every where else in the world! The air conditioning kept it very cool and worked very well. The hotel is very quiet. Never heard other people. The bed was very comfortable. Valet parking only if you like that. They do have a great restaurant on top with great views of Pittsburgh. Staff were ALL very friendly and helpful."

"Room and location were both great. The morning of our departure we went down for breakfast at six and there was no coffee. I asked the front desk because there was another gentleman and I waiting if we could get a cup of coffee, he told me I could walk to the local Starbucks, which I thought was very rude for being a casino hotel you would think they’d have coffee 24 hours other than the staff the place was in a good location and very clean. Check in staff was great."

"Overall the stay was good, though Accessibility leaves a bit to be desired. The doors are big enough and the rooms have enough space to navigate in a wheelchair. There were no accessible rooms available as a Jr suite and no shower benches are kept at the hotel. They also only have 3 luggage dollies, which is not great when more than 20,000 people are in town for a convention. Fortunately I traveled with able bodied people to help with luggage, or Id have been waiting well over an hour for a dolly. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is high quality and reasonable cost, one of the highlights of my stay"
