“Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. We had a fire in the pit every day & the hot tub was great with a view of a nice little waterfall. We love the village of Naples & your brewery in Canandaigua. “The property was a wonderful place to get away and relax. Our dogs were able to run off leash for their first time. They swam in the pond and we hiked in the woods behind the cabin every morning. My wife and I had coffee while enjoying the great view, we made smore's in the firepit and grilled on several occasions. The nearby town Ellicottville was slow paced and had some very enjoyable restaurants (winery, brewery, and Dina's), Niagara falls was close by. Overall the property was fantastic and……

“The house was the perfect place for our night away! We had 1 couple and 2 other adults and we have plenty of space plus some! The weather held out for us to be able to enjoy the deck in the evening with the fire table. And we had the great pleasure of the sky clearing for us to be able to photograph the northern lights! Would stay again. House was clean and has all the amenties we needed!”

“Adam is a super host. This house is pristine and upscale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay wonderful. The master bedroom mattress is so comfortable you won’t want to get up. Then when you do, drinking coffee on the deck to watch the sun come up is amazing! The view of Keuka Lake is incredible. There’s a dock and shallow entrance into the lake making it ideal for all ages. Adam responded within minutes when we had a……

“The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!”

“Decent stay for the price. Good service, clean. Just may need an updating with the carpet and the you could see the outside light around the entire door frame, lol. Bed linens and towels were clean. Room had a basement kind of smell but it was an old building so kind of expected that. Definitely served the purpose for the night. ”
