「Lovely home and very homey - exactly as described!」

「Had an absolutely lovely stay at Ryan's place for graduation week! The apartment is not fancy but is immaculate and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need and more. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I had one very minor issue which was handled in a few hours.I'm only sorry I didn't discover this place 4 years ago at the start of our college journey. It would have saved me from a lot of lousy other apartment rentals and expensive hotels.」

「My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and had plenty of storage. The host was great and made staying here a breeze. Thank you for givng us a great place to stay!」

「No concerns. Everything as stated. 」

「Exceeded our expectations. The house was clean upon check in. The decor was welcoming and comfortable. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Be sure to check out the photo album in the front room outlining the renovation. It will give you an appreciation for all the original hardware, windows, woodwork, etc maintained in the home. We will definitely book this property again.」

「Carol's cape was perfect for our small group. We were in town for the Ride for Roswell. Carol established direct contact which was very helpful and immediately responded to our questions. Carol made extra arrangements so that we could securely store our bikes before and after the ride in the garage. The place is cozy, spotless, and well furnished. Very convenient location and the rate was a real deal.Highly recommend.」

「Perfect」

「Everything was great except requested a blanket or comforter for the night. The bed didn’t have one on it. They said they would bring one but never did. The wall heater seemed old and didn’t work well」

「員工友善，但設備老舊」
