This was the first time I’ve stayed here and the last. I booked the king suite with hot tub. The room wasn’t the cleanest. I didn’t even shower because the shower didn’t look cleaned. Tiles in bathroom need to be scrubbed. Bathroom door hard to shut. Stains on the curtains, sink off the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The bed was the only thing that was cleaned. Not worth what I paid. Won’t be returning.

The hotel is OK but the people at the front desk are unhelpful. We called them three times for the shuttle and were told we would be called back for an estimated time, but they never called back. Had to call them again was told that the shuttle was on the way but didn’t know where the shuttle would pick us up. Turns out we had to ask one of the workers where the transportation area was, and we were in a completely wrong area to be picked up. It was extremely frustrating as we had a baby with us.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation and feels extremely outdated. I stayed in Room 206, and there wasn’t even a single mirror in the room. Housekeeping is seriously lacking. I stayed for three nights, and they never cleaned the room once. Even after I explicitly asked the front desk for clean towels and room cleaning, they promised to send someone but never did. I had to clean the room myself.I honestly do not understand why Expedia charges so much for a hotel of this low quality. Expedia booked this property as a replacement because my original booking was canceled without prior notice. Although Expedia refunded $150, I still had to pay over $300 out of my own pocket due to the higher price of this hotel compared to the first one. Both the hotel and Expedia showed a complete lack of accountability. I find Expedia’s resolution entirely unacceptable; they gave a $150 credit and washed their hands of the matter. I had to use that entire refund just to cover part of this hotel's cost, plus pay even more extra money. Expedia must take full responsibility for the bookings made through their platform."

This was a perfect place to stay. We were able to take the shuttle very early the next morning, and we paid for parking at the hotel at a much better price than at the airport. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle picked us up and took us to our car.

Booked our room about a month in advance. Arrived to find out the hotel was overbooked. They moved us to their "sister" hotel down the street. We checked in & the room seemed okay upon first inspection. Nice size. We were given a suite with a king bed & sofa bed. King bed was nice & comfortable & then we pulled open the sofa bed & found there was only a sheet on it. No pillows or blankets for it. We started calling on arrival after 4 p.m. up until almost midnight to the front desk before we got anything!! They ended giving us 2 torn blankets & no pillow that we had to go and get ourselves because they were too busy!!! Complained to them only to be told they were "sold out" & had no extra's. My family & I were very disappointed & upset. Front desk were not helpful at all. They just kept telling us that "they were too busy & nothing they could do about it". Totally unacceptable. We definitely will not stay there again in future!

I used to spend weeks through out the year in this hotel, it was always great and beautiful but, last stay (10 days) and this visit were not amazing as it used to be. The room was just dirty. I stayed only one night at room 212, arriving to the hotel at 9:30pm and leaving at 7 am so there was no point to complain or change rooms. Long hair on the shower wall and one under the toilet seat. Two pillowcases were not changed and there were also some hair on them. Soda corks on the floor at the corners and some other debris that clearly shows that the room was not clean probably. This was really my first time to clean the room myself in order to stay in that room. The headboard had oil staines from oily hair. I take the time to write all that beacase I spent so many night at that hotel. The.married couple handling the breakfast in the morning are just amazing and we became good friends. I own many properties in Buffalo by the university and travel frequently to manage them and this hotel was always hone in Buffalo. It is unfortunate that an employee or two can cause so much damage to the reputation of the hotel. A supervisor or a manager must check each and every room before it is being released to the front desk. Please take care of your hotel. I would really like to come back and stay with you.

I checked into this hotel with my two young children. Right after checking in, we left to attend a party and returned around midnight. When we got back, I noticed the room was still very dusty, there was mold, and the toilet seat was broken. I politely asked the front desk employee, Tony, if we could switch rooms or have the room cleaned again. Instead of trying to help, he became rude and told me to leave if I didn’t like the room. He raised his voice and yelled at me, which frightened my children. Because I no longer felt safe or welcome, I had no choice but to leave the hotel at around 2:00 a.m. with my children, who are only 3 and 7 years old. We ended up sleeping in our car for the rest of the night. No family should be treated this way, especially in the middle of the night with small children. I expected basic cleanliness, a safe room, and respectful customer service, but unfortunately, I received none of those. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
