「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. 「We stayed for only a night while in town for our anniversary, and thoroughly enjoyed our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hot tub was clean, and the room was very spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful, and parking waz ample. We didn't eat breakfast there so cannot comment on that. 」

「Parking was easy, got in the room a bit early, staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was up to date, clean, quiet, and the bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Kitchen area was clean. Bathroom was new and also very clean. Free breakfast was good—even had big, fresh, blueberries and strawberries available as well as cereal, breads, eggs, sausage and waffles. I would definitely stay here again. Looks like all their remodeling I read some people complaining about in other, older reviews...
