“Excellent experience”

“The lobby is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The room was very clean! The shower glass wall partition into the room could be less transparent. You need to be comfortable showering and using the toilet in view of your spouse or partner… I think an exhibitionist designed it. We didn’t notice the great outdoor seating and bar area until we were waiting for our Uber to leave…. be sure to find it early! The coffee is only 6a.m.-10a.m., and they frequently ran out of either coffee or……

“Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”

“Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.”

“The staff and service were phenomenal. My accommodations were top tier. Valet staff—dope! Dinner at I’ll Cervo was good for me but the two person booth was too tight for my husband. Our actual dinner…6/10. I got the braised short rib pasta (a bit bland) and my husband got the pork chop (get the sauce on the side because it overtakes the natural flavor). Our view on our patio was a construction site so…not the best. That said…I’d go back in a heartbeat. The service alone had me in a chokehold. I……

“We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick. The #3 does not work on the inner keypad to enter the room and our code contained a 3. This has apparently been a problem for a little while. When we called, the……

“the hotel was very close to our destination: it was walkable. the proximity to the lake and river (for walking) was an added feature. breakfast was excellent-a good way to start the day.”

“We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”
