“Very nice and clean. Easy to find. The only thing was the beds are full size and my grandson is 6’2”. Would stay there again”

“Perfect place for a small family reunion. Peaceful and relaxing. Great location for fishing either the pond or the lake. Pool, playground, and pavilion were very convenient.”

“The hosts are absolutely wonderful people. The house is very clean and the location is just plain wow.”

“We have spent several vacations at Newland's Resort since 2004. We have always had a great time there. It's just the relaxing environment we needed. Lake time is the best time. This year it was super hot and the AC was a bit of an issue but overall a great experience. Many thanks to the Newland family for alll they do. Well see you soon.”

“Cottage was super cute and clean. Parking with our bass boat was a little tight as it is a community of houses close together and street parking. There was a driveway just a little snug to get into. Also outdoor outlet for us to charge the boat. Will stay again for the next fishing tournament up there.”

“This is a great get away cottage! The house is well stocked, great access for boating, air conditioning works great! Communication with owner is fantastic. We will be back.”

“Great location, ”

“This is a little hidden jem, situated in a very nice quiet area of Indian Lake. My husband and myself will definitely be returning for a longer trip where we can enjoy all the fun of the lake.”

“Good place”

“The property was pet friendly, clean inside, easy to communicate with the owner, close to the water. We didn't like the smell of the drinking or shower water in the house.”

“What a fabulous property! It was clean, and well stocked with everything ( and I mean EVERYTHING) that you could possibly need or want, from the kitchen to the bathroom to games and books. If you love retro or funky decor, this is the place for you! Every time you walked into a room, you saw another absolutely perfectly placed cool trinket, picture, etc.! We spent a glorious evening walking to the lake, then relaxing in the awesome backyard. It was the perfect shady spot with Adirondack……

“The cottage was immaculate. The property was clean.”
